This tranquil property is in the middle of Kenwood, one of St. Petersburg's most desirable neighborhoods and known as an artist's enclave. The house is newly remodeled and all appliances are new. There is a front porch and back deck and a private driveway. This is a beautiful, bright, comfortable home near lots of restaurants, shopping and about 15 minutes from the beach. There is a piano in the house for use by serious players
