You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Open floor plan offers plenty of room for up to six guests. Large kitchen offers breakfast bar, newer appliances and lots of counterspace. The living room has comfortable furnishings, large flat screened television, with direct access to the 2 private balconies. Here you will discover views that go on forever! Enjoy your morning coffee and close out the day taking in the fabulous Florida sunsets from this prime vantage point. Both bedrooms are roomy and each have two queen beds and plenty of dresser drawer space! Of course, every SunHost property has spotless bathrooms prepared for your arrival. This home will be fully stocked with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay. Free WIFI is also included.

Coin laundry is on the property. The condo doesn't have a washing machine or clothes dryer.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copying and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The white sandy beaches are all just steps away as are the refreshing heated pool, BBQ facilities, hot tub and tiki hut picnic tables.

John's Pass Village, a popular attraction for every member of the family, is just a mile down the road. The sinks need to be cleaned out as they drain slow. Nice balcony but needs a ceiling fan.

Very nice condo that has a terrific view of the gulf. Condo is in a very nice area that is close to John's Pass, Treasure Island etc. Very nice time.

Winter Get Away!

Amazing location

2 families stayed at this location in August. The view from the balcony in the morning and during the sunset was amazing! The walk to beach took only minutes and the pool was clean and refreshing. The condo was well maintained and the property managers were quick to answer any and all questions. We were a quick drive from John's Pass and any stores were within a 10 minute drive. We are already to come back in 2 years!!

Madeira Beach

The condo was perfect! The living room was big had room for everyone, kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The bathrooms were nice size( water pressure was not that good) but still did the job. Beds were very comfortable but the best was the Hugh patio doors to a very nice size balcony that we used all the time. Had the best view ever. It Had everything we needed for our vacation. Would definitely stay here next time we come to the area. What a beautiful beach and the pool was amazing too.

Winter getaway

We loved the location and size of this condo. Had a couple of issues that management took care of immediately (including new refrigerator). Biggest problem is lack of furniture in the living room - couch is old and uncomfortable and there is not enough seating. Property needs updating but was very convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants!

Madiera Beach

The door to the balcony off the master bdrm had mold on the inside of the door. I cleaned it off with clorox wipes. The kitchen floor was dirty along the baseboards. Beautiful view and pool area but could be cleaner.

Great Location!

The property was nice and well maintained. The location was very convenient to shopping and good local restaurants. Overall we had a wonderful Christmas there with our family. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped. It was also very spacious. However, the beds were sub standard with worn out mattresses. It was also disappointing not having a washer and dryer in the unit. Those two things would prevent us from going back to that specific unit.

The beds were broke down very uncomfortable and you need to find a new cleaning crew. they don’t clean very well. I will never stay here again.. if you’re buying an investment as a rental, at least keep it updated. Make it worth the stay. Instead of being a slumlord. but overall, the outside of the property was very beautiful.

When we arrived at resort, code for room did not work. Called the after hours number. Did not get a call back for 1 hour. Person on the apparently programmed the lock. Tried same code and it now worked. Room was not clean and extremely minimal supplies. One small soap in each bathroom, nothing for showers. 2 packs for diswaher.

Reviewer Comments: While we enjoyed the location and overall Seabreeze facility, unit 308 was not comfortable. The balcony table legs were rusted such that it affected the balance. The sofa was worn both in the fabric and the springs to the point you could not sit comfortably there to watch tv or enjoy the view. Same for the master bedroom beds. In addition, noise from Gulf Boulevard is consistent in the master. The comforter was held together with safety pins. When you can’t sit or sleep comfortably it impacts your ability to relax. The location was good and we enjoyed the hot tub but we would not recommend this unit and will not return.

Family Beach Getaway

Reviewer Comments: We rented this unit for two weeks and enjoyed the roominess of this unit. The furnishings are a little dated. There is a smart tv so if a person wanted to bring their roku they could use it. This unit does not have a washer and dryer, however there are laundry rooms on two of the floors in the complex. Loved that all units face the beach. Beautiful sunsets! There is only one elevator for the complex. Definitely could use a few more luggage carts as there were not enough. Having the pool and beach so close was wonderful. Pool area was maintained daily and kept up. I would say this area is more family oriented than spring break college crowds. While restaurants aren’t right next door, they are within walking distance. John’s Pass was approximately 8 blocks away for shopping, restaurants and water activities. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to enjoy a great family vacation on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a great week at 308 Sea Breeze. The first 2 days we had rain and cool weather. The hot tub made those days so much more bearable! A hot tub is a must for us when booking now. The condo was clean and felt huge to us. It had everything we needed including some beach toys and chairs in a bedroom closet which was a huge bonus. We only used the elevator once. We took the stairs to the 3rd floor every other time and it was not bad for us. We had 4 kids with us and were able to walk to John's Pass, 7-11, Nad Beach Cantina, Lisa's Cafe, and Caddies. W*If you walk down the beach to Johns Pass you can walk under the bridge and avoid crossing the busy road! Laundry facilities and trash chute were on the 4th floor so that was not bad for us. Laundry machines required a credit card. The view from the balconies is amazing. We saw 2 weddings on the beach and the coolest sunset ever. We saw dolphins from our balcony. We don't cook on vacation but the kitchen had everything we needed if we wanted to.

Beachfront Condo

The location and view from the balcony were great. The unit itself had many issues. When we arrived Saturday at 4, the first thing we noticed was that the AC was not working. It was 80 degrees in the unit and we immediately called SunHost. To make a long story short, we spent several days of back and forth on the phone with SunHost trying to get the issue resolved. We didn't have proper AC until Wednesday evening. On Tuesday we received some portable units that were so loud we couldn't have them on while we were trying to sleep. The whole issue was stressful and inconvenient having workers in and out of the unit while we were there. It would have been nice if we could have received a partial refund for our troubles. Another issue was the beds. All four beds had very old mattresses that were extremely uncomfortable. My husband spent most nights on the couch. The pillows and sheets were also horrible. It was very hard to get any sleep on a bad mattress with no AC. It would have been nice to be able to keep the balcony door open, but there wasn't a screen. The water pressure was very poor, but it was a little better in the smaller bathroom, so we used that one even though there was mold in the grout. I could go on with smaller issues, but in general we were not happy, especially since we stayed here two years ago (another unit) and had a great experience.

Reviewer Comments: Other than the constant drilling in the early morning from the construction workers no sleeping in late, it was decent also the room needs to be fullyupdated. Very close to John‘s pass boardwalk, 7-Eleven convenience store and two grocery stores are close by. Nice fishing on the beach and also John’s pass. The hot tub is nice. Pool was also good too, but the pool area needs to be pressure washed maintenance workers are very nice. Easy access to the beach. One thing is the elevator needs to be fully updated. Seems like I spent a quarter of my vacation waiting for the elevator And good luck if you can afford staying in the condo prices keep soaring. Would be nice to have some type of discount / deal for long-term repeat customers.

Great Girls trip

Location was easy walking to johns pass and caddys. Trolley stops right out front for longer trips. A lot of codes to remember. Elevator, pool/beach gate, bathroom, condo codes. Put my brain to work.
