Our central location is minutes away to everything Arcata has to offer and also the perfect central point to explore all our State Parks to the north and south. Our beautifully landscaped yard features lots of seating and also a propane fire pit.

Very nice apartment, but the insulation between floors is very bad. Even normal footsteps from the apartment upstairs sounded like elephants.
