This is the second time staying here for a ski weekend and it has been so great both times. Wonderful hosts and such a convenient location with a cozy cabin feel!
I thank these special folks who offered us the opportunity to share the dreams and lovely special spot clean quiet it holds its own magical feeling we truly enjoyed Brandon and Leah thank you 💕🙂🙂
This camp was so cute and comfortable. Beautiful views of Round Pond. Nice and thoughtful amenities in the kitchen, bathrooms and throughout. Host was very attentive and responsive. The checkin and check out processes were simple and expedient. I would definitely recommend it.
I traveled with 4 friends and my dog to this cabin and we all loved our stay! The place was clean, instructions and tips were provided, the host was extremely responsive, and the wood stove (and electric baseboards) kept us all warm is the single digit weather! The location is ideal for a Mt Abram ski weekend, though also convenient to Sunday River. Looking forward to making at least an annual trip up here! Thank you, Brandon and Leah!
Perfectly located, cabin with great water views. Convenient to both Mt Abram and Sunday river as well as many hiking trailheads. Totally seamless check in and check out with excellent explanations of the cabin. Loved the wood burning stove to warm us up after exploring outside. Lots of nice little touches of toiletries and extras that were not expected. Extremely responsive hosts. Pet friendly as well meant the whole family could come but was so clean would never know a pet was there prior. Thanks for sharing your special place with us.
Very enjoyable stay. Cabin very clean and cozy. Comfortable and welcoming decor. One bathroom for a 3BR unit for a ski trip might be a little inconvenient if there were 6 people, but it wasn't an issue for us since we booked for only me and my spouse. Hot water also heat up very quickly and shower pressure was fantastic. Since there were only two of us, the cabin felt very spacious.
The cabin doesn't have washer/dryer so skiers/snowboarders staying for more than a weekend should bring enough changes of outfits to avoid having to go to laundromat. (We were glad to double-checked as we had assumed all rentals at ski areas have that.)
Love the pet friendly policy. Super convenient location to ski mountain and local stores and restaurants. We cooked and ate in too. Though the kitchen area was small, it was well equipped for making breakfasts and simple meals. (Open some windows when cooking to avoid the fire alarm going off).
Overall, for the same rental fee it's a bargain compared to the more run-down facilities at some of the nearby hotels we read about where you'd also get less space. You'll get much more privacy and comfort. Would definitely recommend.
