The open-concept living area is perfect for gathering, featuring a cozy living room, a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi, and a collection of games for all ages.

• Bedrooms & Sleeping: Comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds).
• Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms are available, each with a shower/tub combination.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Ready for real meals, the kitchen features stainless steel appliances, as well as a wine refrigerator, Keurig, drip coffee maker, coffee grinder, and hot water kettle.
• Private Outdoor Space: Your private 10-acre yard includes a large deck with an electric grill and a spacious fire pit for s’mores and stargazing. Please note the yard is not fully fenced.
• Convenience: An in-unit washer and dryer are located in the basement for your use.

Property was perfect and only 20 minutes from Jay. House was great for a family of 5, plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked. Property owner is responsive to any questions, would definitely go back.

The perfect getaway

Inviting and peaceful. Firepit is awesome. Yard is perfect. House is beyond clean. Beautiful area everything is close by. This was our 2nd time. The perfect getaway!!!

Peaceful and cozy

We loved staying at the Mapleview Lodge this past week! The house is clean, cozy, and very well appointed from the kitchen stocked with high-end coffee machines to the living room with an easily access bluetooth speaker and smart TV, to the comfy bedrooms with plush comforters and pillows. It's only 20 minutes to Jay Peak and just right for a family ski vacation. Thank you, Tom!

It's a home away from home

The home is clean, bright and welcoming. Spent several nights by the firepit listening to owls call each other. Also heard coyotes and a fox or two. Saw beautiful sunsets on the deck. Would go back in half a heartbeat.

Peaceful Mountain Getaway

We stayed here during August and September 2023. The home and scenic view is just as advertised. Very peaceful and quiet, great fire pit, comfortable beds, comfortable reclining couch, TV with plenty of movies to choose from, and a fully equipped kitchen. Tom, the host was very responsive to our questions, kind, and accommodating. This house is close to everything we needed. We could not have asked for anything more. We have already reserved this home for next year.

Vermont perfection!

My husband and I arrived and were immediately thrilled with the property. There is a massive yard and fire pit which we took full advantage of the entire time. There are great views of Jay around the property and it was very quiet. A perfect peaceful retreat for us. The house had all the amenities we needed. We have stayed at several properties in the area and this is the best maintained house we’ve seen. The wifi was great too allowing my husband to work easily from the house (and even the yard!). We grabbed drinks at the resort at Jay Peak and it was an easy 10-15 minute drive. We had an incredible brunch at the Jay Village Inn nearby and strongly recommend it to anyone who visits. We want to come back this winter for a ski trip with friends!

Perfect getaway!

Beautiful location for our getaway! It was exactly what we were hoping for! Our host, Tom, was very responsive and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and local information. The home was equipped with everything we needed! The beds were comfy. The large table was perfect for meals and some board games . The yard is expansive, no neighbors in sight, just birds chirping and a peaceful sense of relaxation while sitting on the deck , having a cup of coffee. Troy Country Store is just a few miles away , with great subs, pizzas, baked goods, local brews. The huge firepit with Adirondack chairs was a perfect place to spend the evening! Firewood was provided. We enjoyed toasting marshmallows over the fire, and stargazing . The stars were brilliant ! Saw my first shooting star! Can't wait to return ! Imagining the colors will be spectacular in the Fall!

I chose this area because it’s the perfect balance of privacy and convenience - quiet, wooded, and peaceful, yet only a short drive to Jay Peak and local essentials. The scene is classic Northeast Kingdom Vermont: scenic back roads, big skies, and a true “get away from it all” feel. What I enjoy most is how calm it is here, especially the dark nights for stargazing and the easy access to outdoor adventures year-round.
