Welcome! The developer sold this Villa, 1304 as a Premium Ocean View. Our photos show the villa's breathtaking views. The "Lands End" rocks are visible from our deck and cannot be seen from the Villas on the other side of the resort. Upon your arrival and check-in, the friendly and professional staff will lead you to your villa so you can begin your relaxing vacation worry-free. With only three other units between you and the ocean, this villa is ideally situated and boasts unmatched views of the Sea of Cortez, the landmark El Arco de Cabo San Lucas (Land's End), and the upper pool. The unit is just far enough back to view the entire pool, without much noise from other guests and kids. The third floor is three floors above the pool level and two floors above the lobby level. There are elevators for easy access to the unit or stairs for a quick trip to the pool and lobby.

The resort has a 24/7 staffed front desk, making this VRBO different than so many. The support staff can answer any questions and can assist with any maintenance needs that may arise. They can assist with items you may need during your stay. All that is needed is to pick up the phone in the villa and dial the operator. An onsite doctor and 24-hour medical service are available.
We also provide a local guest ambassador, who is not affiliated with the resort to ensure your vacation will be a memorable one. Once your reservation has been confirmed, you will be introduced. If desired, you can be provided with contacts for activities, get a personal tour of the resort, and have groceries and beverages stocked in the Villa before your arrival, for a small fee.
This Villa has stainless steel appliances, a built-in gas grill unlike any other unit, on the patio that is unique to our Villa (see photos) granite counters, refurbished stone floors, upgraded flat-screen TVs, and replaced the living room, master and guest bedroom furniture. A fully stocked kitchen comes with all the needed equipment to cook and enjoy a gourmet meal at home. A large pantry in the kitchen and a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. Housekeeping services are also available. The Air Conditioning has three separate controls for each living area.
The white sands of Cabo's Medano Beach are only a few steps beyond the lower pool where your lounge chairs are waiting. If the beach isn't your thing, two pools and multiple hot tubs offer relaxation surrounded by tropical landscaping. A pool Butler will be on duty. Towel service, lounge chairs, and umbrellas make for the perfect day in the sun. There are many options for food and refreshments at the pool and beach. Waiters can provide food and beverage service directly to your lounge chair or there is a swim-up bar in the lower pool. La Parrilla is a casual, pool-side cafe that offers a mix of snacks, ceviches, sandwiches, and grilled entrees. The resort offers Concierge service, assisting guests in making tour and restaurant reservations.
The fitness facility is a great asset and has nearly everything your health club does at home; equipped with free weights, weight machines, treadmills, steam showers, whirlpools, showers, and lockers.
The award-winning Desert Spa offers an abundance and variety of services including beach-side massages, facials, and mani-pedis.
The Villa La Estancia Village Mall offers a market, pharmacy, gift shop, ice cream shoppe, deli/bakery, and internet cafe. Everything you would ever need or want is located on-site and just a short walk from the villa.
The friendly and professional staff is available 24 hours a day and is always eager to assist you. Whether planning an adventure through the internationally 'gold key' rated concierge or hailing a taxi for a night on the town, the staff is there to make your experience as memorable as possible. Staff will respond quickly to your emails and welcome guests into our home away from home.

When Booking our Villa there are two options for any potential damages to the villa. VRBO offers a damage insurance policy to purchase, or you can choose a $1500 refundable deposit, provided there are no damages to the Villa, VRBO will refund your credit card 14 days after departing.

PERFECTION!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. We vacationed with 2 teenagers and 2 grandmas. The property was immaculate, the service was great, the beach service was incredible. An Absolute Delight

This is one of the most enjoyable villas and resorts we've visited in Cabo. The villa is spacious, very clean and well-maintained, has a gorgeous view, and with grown kids, it was so nice to have a separate room for them. The owners were very timely and helpful with my questions, and the resort staff was top notch. We would definitely return to this villa in this resort.

Amazing Ocean Views

We've stayed at this property before, it's very clean & upscale, the pool is amazing. Our kids love the pool bar, it's steps from the beach where you can rent jet skis or walk the beach. There are about 6 restaurants + a mini grocery store on the property if you prefer cooking in your own kitchen. Your minutes from downtown & the marina; a taxi is waiting for you as soon as you get to the lobby. Overall, one of the best vacation spots in Cabo!

Great condo and location

We had a great time at La Estancia. The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. We loved the convenience of being such a quick Uber or taxi to downtown condo as well as the great recommendations from the host. We ate at several of the restaurants on site, which were good but some a bit pricey (it’s a resort after all). The taco place for lunch was our favorite. We also got lucky because it wasn’t very crowded when we were there the week before Christmas. Overall an excellent stay!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING CONDO!

Wow. This property was even better in person than in photos (and the photos are amazing). We had the best stay. Steve was responsive, extremely easy and welcoming to work with. VLE is a lovely place. The condo was so big - ample space for family of four - extremely clean; excellent location and we loved having morning coffee and breakfast on the balcony which is beautiful. The views are breathtaking. The Master bedroom bed was soooo comfortable. We just loved our stay and recommend it highly to anyone thinking of this property!

Everything at this property was exactly as described. The unit is fantastic with an amazing view. All amenities are well thought out. Location to town and marina is minutes away. Beautiful Resort

If you are looking for a nice “home away from home” feel this is the place!!! It’s a short walk to the local hustle and bustle ‘spring break vibe’! This is where you want to be to just relax and soak up the beautiful views and warm Mexico sun. We prefer the beach over the pool. Easy to find a spot with a lounge chair and have a cold drink. Bring your own music a listen to what you like here versus loud ‘bump bump’ and kids/people stepping (falling) over you to dance poolside. Hehe Yes I’ve aged and am loving the chill vibe now. Here you’ve found it. The room is spacious with nice pool view. The daily cruise ships blocks the view of the famous Arch. Not just from the balcony but from the pool/beach as well. The mornings on the deck as the rising Sun is behind you. I imagine come Summer it might get way to hot to sit out in the afternoon evening. Oposite it of building 2. Overall great stay!!! Bring your own wine opener as there was not one in the minimalist stocked kitchen 😉

Is This Heaven? —No, It’s Cabo.

Our stay at the Villa Estancia could not have been better. We were beyond thrilled with this unit. As we opened the door to this unit, it was as if we were stepping into a travel brochure. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The configuration of the bedrooms on either side of the main living area was perfect for two couples. The balcony is humongous. We spent 90% of our time in the unit on the balcony. Coffee. Lunch. Games. Drinks. Naps. Repeat. The furnishings are very nice, the beds are very comfortable, the linens are extremely nice-and they are very generous with the number of towels etc. While we did not do a great deal of cooking, the kitchen has everything you need if you wanted to cook. Also, we did drink the water from the fridge dispenser and used ice cubes for our drinks, with no repercussions, so that was nice. Our check-in process was seamless, thorough and efficient. The staff at the Estancia are first class. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant to interact with, throughout the entirety of our stay. The pool and beach areas were beyond great. Chairs, towels, water, sand, jacuzzis, swim-up bar were all pristine. The complex has everything you need. Multiple restaurants. The workout area is first-rate. There is a small market on site. However it is pricey, and suntan lotion was $35. You could easily never leave the compound. You can walk on the beach to other great restaurants as well. We will definitely be back.

Perfect stay at La Estancia!

We loved La Estancia - it was quieter than the two connected properties on either side of it, which worked well for our kids and their grandparents who were with us. The pool was not too crowded. It wasn’t hard to find a chair by the pool or at the beach. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. There were comments about people selling on the beach - it was nice to have the roped off area of chairs for the resort, but not even totally necessary. We didn’t feel bothered and had some really nice conversations with the people who were selling things on the beach. The sand was gorgeous, waves were strong and intimidated my cautious kids a bit, but they could swim in the water with help getting past where the waves crashed.We loved that we could get take out from most restaurants or room service. Our balcony was one of our favorite spots! We grabbed coffee from the coffee and sandwich place outside of one of the other hotels each day. And enjoyed the eating options at all the 3 hotels (you can access any of the restaurants, but you are not supposed to use the pools at the other hotels in the complex). The first night we had a hard time finding an option with longer waits, but then found some tips.We Ubered to town & to San Jose and Flora farms; the host recommended a company with a large comfortable suv to get our group of 6 bags to & from the airport.

I highly recommend!

We loved our week at Estancia! Views were amazing, our rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pickleball courts, the beach, pool, steam room, and hot tubs. We enjoyed a whale watching tour, water taxi excursion, paddleboarding, and great restaurants! Our fav was La Lapita.

Our involvement in Home Building and Design brings Bill and I each with 40 years of experience running two successful building businesses. We own and manage homes, condos, townhomes, offices, and industrial buildings, so we know what it takes to be a property manager. Our Home Building Business, Spanjer Homes was awarded the "TORCH AWARD" for Business Ethics by the Northern Colorado Better Business Bureau.

Why they chose this property

Along with our Wives, we have traveled to Cabo San Lucas for over 35 years, together and separately, and have enjoyed the sunshine and weather, dining, adventure, and relaxation this town has offered throughout the years. Cabo is also very convenient for us. It is rare for us to be able to leave the Rocky Mountains in the morning and be on the beach by 1:00 pm the same day and in the same time zone. When we decided to purchase our piece of Cabo, we chose this unit because of the view, how close our Villa is to the beach, within a short walk to town, the luxury of the property, and the grounds.

What makes this property unique

Both, the property maintenance and the level of service at Villa la Estancia are hard to beat in Mexico. The divided bedroom offers you a unique situation in which you can have both privacy and a connection with any travel companions you may have. We love sitting on the patio and taking it all in. You would never have to leave the property if you didn't want to. Everything you want for your vacation on-site. If you do want to get out, you are just minutes from so many other recreation possibilities. Cabo is home to 'World Class' fishing, whale watching, fine dining, and live entertainment.
