This cozy, adorable 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom ranch house in midtown Lincoln is ready for you to enjoy! Centrally located, easy access to all parts of the city, including the universities, many restaurants, bars, parks, shopping, and the zoo. Sunny kitchen that overlooks the 2-stall garage and huge back yard, which is almost completely fenced in, for enjoying those beautiful summer evenings. I love to travel. I do it for both business & leisure. I've been to all 48 contiguous states and over 19 countries...so far!
I love to have the option when traveling of utilizing the host system for stays, rather than the typical hotel/motel. That's why I love being able to offer my property as a place for guests to stay while in Lincoln. A home away from home.

Why they chose this property
This neighborhood is great first because it is quiet & safe, but secondly because it is centrally-located in mid-town Lincoln. It's within walking distance of both Bryan East & Madonna Rehab hospitals and the National Museum of Roller Skating, and a short drive to any other point in the city.
What makes this property unique
It's centrally-located in Lincoln with LOTS of parking available. Spacious back yard, and including the queen beds in each of the bedrooms, the couch hides a bed as well, so able to sleep 6.
