We were here for work, had work at the City Venter convention area. 2 blocks away at most, fantastic location, also walked to all the restaurants and bars, the distillery area, so convenient. House is a smart house, you can tell it to turn on most lights and tvs and such, fun. Clean. Beds were comfy. There is air conditioning, glad for that. It was really really nice stay. There were parking spots available right in front. So many good restaurants, everything in walking distance. Great for work and fun. Thanks for such a great stay.

This is an absolutely stunning cottage! Super comfortable and very luxe. Easy parking with a very convenient location. The Hosts were very responsive re vegan food near by. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location. Off-street parking. Comfortable lovely home. Walking distance to everything in Lexington. Huge park with dog friendly off lease park. 15 minute drive to Keeneland. 30-40 minutes to bourbon distillerys.

House is beautifully decorated and nice location, but has maintenance deficiencies. We were without electric in upstairs master bedroom and bathroom the entire stay. Despite calling host daily, maintenance never came. Downstairs bathroom had to be reset at both box and outlet several times so we could at least use downstairs bathroom.Both dishwasher and icemaker were not functioning.The house is beautifully decorated but has serious maintenance deficiencies that were not resolved and do not meet very basic hospitality requirements to be a viable VRBO. We escalated to VRBO to further review this unfortunate event in hopes that no one else has to experience this.

Host very polite and informative! Carriage house was modern and chic, such a good feel. The fireplace in living room was calming and the tub down stairs was relaxing after the concert! Great location! We walked to Rupp in about 5 minutes, maybe not that long!

Nice Stay

This property was perfect for a quick overnight stay. We attended a concert at Rupp Arena, so the short walk was great. There are plenty of places to eat and drink within walking distance as well since you are downtown. I'd stay here again!

Great area for walking the neighborhood which took us to the Mary Todd Lincoln home and we found an Opera House during our first walk. We went back to see a show that night which was an unexpected joy! We walked to some great restaurants/distilleries downtown as well. It was definitely a SMART home with artsy decor in an historic Lexington Carriage House. Enjoyed our stay very much.

2024 Thanksgiving

Overall, we had a great stay at this location! Heath and his crew were very good at responding to messages and we enjoyed this beautiful carriage house. I hosted our family Thanksgiving here since my family is spread out between three states and all in all, it went very well!
