Please be advised that there is a "Ring" doorbell security camera attached to the front door on the exterior of the home. It is an actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance and parking area which records video and audio. There is another stand alone camera above the back door overlooking the enclosed patio.

Don’t miss Schweitzer Mountain for winter skiing, summer mountain biking, horseback riding, hiking, and even zip lining.

Wanting to get out and explore? For year round adventures, visit Priest Lake, known as Idaho’s Crown Jewel. In the winter, enjoy world-class snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing. Summer brings additional fun activities with swimming, boating, fishing, and hiking.

Stroll around Sandpoint for a little art, shopping, and dining. In the summer, be sure to stop by the wonderful farmers market on Saturdays & Wednesdays.

Take your pick of water sports on Lake Pend Oreille or the Pend Oreille River.

Very spacious and comfortable property. Participated in a 2 day charity golf tournament at the Priest Lake Golf Course which was about a 30 minute drive from this property. This location was central to all the sights we wanted to see during our trip.

The townhouse is decorated very well. The kitchen was very well stocked as are the bathrooms with towels and the bedrooms with pillows, extra blankets and more. It is one of the best VRBO's i have stayed in.

Great location, beautiful home

We stayed here for a family wedding and it was the perfect in between spot for our family and the venue. Great property. Only down side was I didn’t understand that most sleeping quarters were upstairs and we had older folks with us that stairs are hard for them. I’d definitely stay again, the property owner was great.

Family visit for the holidays

The property was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The kitchen is fully stocked with nice quality cookware and dishes. We did not have small children - but it was nice to see it is set up to accommodate young families as well. The upstairs area provides a great area for teens/young adults, and the main floor living area is quite comfortable.The host is very responsive, pleasant, and easy to work with.I would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Rachel was amazing with communication and flexibility. On top of that, my coworker and ai agree that this was by far the best VRBO either one of us has stayed at! The place is beyond clean and there is plenty of room! Rachel and her husband thought of everything to include in their VRBO. Also the location is great! The VRBO is in a safe neighborhood and great location in priest river! If you are going to stay in this area, you would not go wrong with staying here!

Amazing Priest River getaway

My wife and daughter’s family including two Lee Yary children spent a weekend at Rachel’s townhouse. She is a great host, excellent communicator, and has a spotless, well stocked house. She provided snacks for the kids and plenty of reccomendationx for everyone to enjoy the region. Her townhouse is in an upscale, new resort. It was very welcoming from our first inquiry. We look forward to another stay.

Very nice place to stay

We visited Idaho to attend the wedding of one of my nephews. This home is located in a very child and famlly friendly neighborhood, comfortable and I was very delighted to find delicious snacks and very carefully placed amenities. I am thankful to our wonderful hostess Rachel she is the best communicator and very accommodating to my family needs, Rachael was prompt to respond to my messages which made our stay stress free and enjoyable. I had only have a little disappointment. We misunderstood by the ways the pictures show on the website, we just knew that the house was close to the river and picture ourselves on the riverwalk board and drinking coffee while enjoying nature. Has nothing to do with Rachel we still enjoyed the home and family company.

We have stayed in a lot of vacation homes ourselves so we took note of the things we found we really appreciate when we travel and tried to include it all in our home.
