The Space:

STAY Newport proudly presents Rheas Inn.



Stay blocks from downtown, local vineyards, breweries, shops and more! Conveniently located on the Newport/Middletown line this per room rental inn can also be blocked as an entire 8 bedroom, sleeps 18 rental.

The first floor is home to one of the best restaurants on the island serving lunch and dinner with a full bar. Every room comes with its own parking spot, full bath, AC, tv and mini fridge.

You have access to your room and the restaurant below during operating hours.

Getting Around:

You can walk to Broadway in 10 minuets, downtown in about 20 or drive any where in Newport within 10 mins. This inn in on the Newport/Middletown line. Broadway is the new hot spot for hip restaurants and bars and we are just minuets away!

- This is an inn so there will be other guests onsite unless the entire inn is booked by your party.

- Please note this is Rheas Kitchen & Inn. There is a different hotel called Rheas by the Sea. These are two separate hotels.

We stayed at Rheas Inn for one night before the Newport marathon. It was perfect for our needs, being near town but away from the traffic. The bed was comfortable and we loved the jacuzzi-style bathtub!

Was pretty disappointed honestly . I have always had great luck with the property’s we’ve stayed at in the past . I booked this for a quick overnight to Newport celebrating my 60th and my sisters 59th birthdays . We could not find property because it sent us to a Thai restaurant which we found out we were above the restaurant . The picture online showed a home that looked to be cute as if it were a bed & breakfast . Room had nothing to offer . Random weird plant placed in middle of floor and when we moved it there was a huge stain on the rug . All in all will never be booking here again & unfortunately was pretty unhappy .
