Convenient location for fast access to all local activities (Beach, Zoo, SeaWorld, Downtown and most other points of interest). A great place to unwind, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with amazing views from most of the house and patio. There is tandem parking for two cars in the driveway.

After a failed VRBO booking on Mission Beach - we needed a plan and we were super happy to find this property - saved money and we were happier with the kids there than with the younger rowdy crowds down at the beach. Nice place - perfect for our family - owner/mgt was super responsive and accommodating. Will stay there again

This was a perfect home for a family trip to San Diego. The home is beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. The views are stunning: the pictures are great but the actual views are even better! The location is great: easy access to the highway and to the Zoo and downtown. Communication with the owner was fantastic. San Diego is a beautiful town and this home is a great home base for exploring. I'll definitely stay again!

Cozy house with views of the bay in the distance. Bathrooms were clean and up-to-date. Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the outside space beside the house, which still had the view but had glass to break the steady breeze. The breeze was wonderful during our stay (July 2025)! We left the windows open all the time.

Graduation hangout for the family

We had three generations in San Diego for our youngest granddaugter's college graduation and it was wonderful to have all of them stay in one house. And the house was well -located and had a lovely view of Mission Bay

Breezy and Beautiful Vacation Home

I love the wonderful ocean breeze coming through the house. It makes for a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The location of the house is very centrally located so it’s easy to get to all of the attractions in San Diego. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful location most nights we saw beautiful sunsets. King size bed extremely comfortable. We had to supply our condiments but thank goodness for the Dollar Store and a nearby Sprouts for the essentials. Dizzy’s jazz club and a good seafood restaurant ( Bayside) a few blocks away. Very hilly so you will get your exercise. Less than 10 minutes from airport and we could see Mission Bay from our windows. Made use of outdoor fireplace and grill in very comfortable outdoor rest area though evenings were a little too cold most days. Kevin and Laurie were totally attentive to any questions and concerns ( very few) we had. Enjoyed plenty of golf and rest time while there. Would have no problem returning for another stay. My first attempt at snowbirrdind ( we are from Chicago) was a huge success as we were comfortable for four weeks!!
