Cute and Perfect Spot

The location is perfect in the area we love to stay, literally two blocks to 2nd Street beach, which we love. It has nice pool and two grill areas. The upstairs patio is nice as well you can sit at tables and see the ocean two blocks away. The condo is small but it is advertised exactly as it is, pictures are accurate. It was perfect for my husband and I. It was also very well stocked with almost anything you could think of or need. It was also very clean. There was a miscommunication with his cleaning crew about supplying bath linens. He offered to reimburse us if we bought them, but we had extra towels so we we're fine. Also, the condo has a free washer and dryer and tons of lines to hang your clothes to dry. As well as a back area shower for rinsing off and an outdoor bathroom. Do note, there is no wifi to access, it's a misprint on the details of the room. He said they plan to have that as an option next summer. They do have a smart tv with Roku and plenty of apps to watch. We had a line trip making the microwave unusable on our second night there and he had someone there early the next morning to fix it. He was very easy to communicate and very nice and very accommodating and actually unexpectedly reimbursed us $50 for the inconvenience. I would definitely book this condo again with no hesitation. It was a great stay!

Extremely disappointed

Had to clean, dust, vacuum and disinfect the whole place for well over an hour. The air conditioner had mold and dust and had to be cleaned as well!! It was extremely small and uncomfortable due to the bunkbed situation. I had to contact the property manager who got back to me that same day and refunded a small portion for my inconveniences. Would never stay at this particular unit again. Truly feel bad for the other owners in this building because they were extremely nice and keep their units immaculate!

Yearly beach vacation

Nice place. Little outdated furniture and bathroom It was my husband and I. Bunk beds were not a great time for a couple Also take your beach towels and bath towels. No towels are included except hand towels/napkins/paper towels.

exactly what was needed

Property was perfect for our needs. Rented this property because of the minimum check in age (my 21 year old son checked in and stayed for the Barefoot Festival). Extremely happy with the unit.
