The Southwest meets D-Vegas Stay Review
During our stay, we experienced both pros and cons. Pros: The decor in the house was lovely. The hot water was reliable, ensuring no cold showers. The soap, toothpaste, and shampoo amenities provided in each bedroom were a nice touch. The towels were plush and soft, and the hampers provided in each bedroom were also a nice touch. Cons: I was told by the manager I would receive access instructions a few hours before arrival; however, I had to contact them for the code after arriving at 4 PM. Parking was concerning due to having to park on a hill with busy traffic. The windows were old and let in a lot of traffic noise, making sleep difficult. The media room had some type of red stain which looked like blood. This was very alarming to my 6 y/o grandson. One bedroom door had a fist punch mark in it, breaking the wood, and the nightstand was chipped The bathtub needed replacement—it was painted with chipping paint, and the fittings were poor. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, leading to neck and body aches. The floors were not cleaned well - pillow got dirty when it fell. The washing machine had standing water, so we didn't use it, and there was already water in the Keurig - didn't use it as well. The windows lacked screens, and I noticed a wasp inside one of them, so I was unable to open it to enjoy the fresh morning air. In addition, there was a wasp nest visible outside the kitchen window.Addressing these issues would significantly improve the rental experience.
