You have everything you will need with plenty of space to spread out. The home has an open floor concept with vaulted ceilings in the living room and a second living room on the second floor. Families large or small will be comfortable staying here.

The home has 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, dining room, office, fenced in back yard, 2 car garage, and 3.5 baths. The master bedroom is on the first floor and the other three bedrooms are on the second floor.

Why they chose this property

Before I starting hosting, I had stayed at a number of AirBnB style places and always felt I could do a better job. When the opportunity came up for me to run my own AirBnB I decided to do it right and buy good quality furniture instead of old run down furniture. The result has been very positive with consistent 5 star ratings for the second floor I was renting out.

I now have a new opportunity to rent out my entire home and looking forward to giving people a nice, quiet, relaxing, nicely furnished and spacious place for people to stay.

What makes this property unique

The home is in a very quiet neighborhood, but with easy access to the highway (I35), which makes it convenient to get anywhere you need to go.
