About this property

Vineyard Retreat-Private Guest home

Directly across the street from the Monserate Winery. Spacious private unit with access to shared pool/hot tub.

Comfortable king size bed and a separate living room with gas fireplace. Completely private entrance and driveway parking. Unit is attached to the main home. The kitchenette has a microwave/convection oven and small fridge/freezer ONLY.

The beach is 35 minutes away, Lego Land 45 minutes, Wild Animal Park 30 minutes and San Diego Zoo 45 minutes away.

PLEASE READ ALL RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

- Only registered guests are allowed on the property. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please don't ask if your friends/family can come to visit. Our insurance does not cover additional visitors. 4 Guests maximum. NO EXCEPTIONS.

- Outdoor quiet time is after 9pm. We ask that you be considerate of our neighbors and keep voices and music to a bare minimum after 9pm.

- IMPORTANT: 2 pet MAX. Flat $75 fee per visit. We would very much like to allow you to travel with your pets. In order to do this, we must charge a pet fee. Please be aware that by booking this property and bringing your pet, YOU HAVE AGREED TO PAY THE PET FEE.

A Great Stay in Fallbrook!

My partner and I had a wonderful time staying with Chris and Kalyana! They were above and beyond as hosts, very friendly, and super welcoming to us and our pup. Couldn't ask for a nicer spot to have stayed for a relaxing weekend in wine country - highly recommend!

Motocross and Beach Vacation

This is the second time booking this property, it is a beautiful property and the host are amazing. The property is located in a great location with short travel to the beach, Pala Raceway, Casinos, Winery, Restaurants, and much more. We had another great visit and will definitely book this property again.

Vineyard retreat!

This property is exactly as described. We went to a wedding across the street at the winery and this location was PERFECT! The owners are so sweet and are very accommodating. It was a nice surprise to meet them! Hostess with the mostess!! Highly recommend staying at this property. We will be back!

Pala concert weekend

We needed a place to stay near Pala Casino and found this private little casita. Though it is attached to the main residence, it has its own private entry and parking. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It is very roomy and looks better than the posted pictures. And it's also located right across from a winery. Thank you to the hosts, Chris and Kalyana, who made it a welcoming and enjoyable stay!
