THE SPACE:
Our home comes with a smartlock on the front door so you won’t have to worry about any keys. Easily check yourself in at anytime with the code we will provide on your arrival day. We’ve also made sure to fully stock our home to make sure you have everything you need during your stay.
This spacious home has 2 master bedrooms, each with their own private ensuites. The additional 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable during their stay. This home also comes with 2 living rooms, and 2 kitchens!!

ACCESS Guests have access to the entire main floor and upper level of the home. The basement has a suite with its own separate entrance. The only shared space is the driveway outside which is used for parking vehicles.
ENTERING/LEAVING The front door of our home has a smartlock so you can easily check yourself in and not have to worry about keys. The code for the door will be provided on the day of your arrival.
PARKING The RIGHT SIDE of the driveway is all yours to park your vehicles. There is enough room to park 2 vehicles on the RIGHT SIDE of the driveway. The left side of the driveway is reserved for the basement tenants.
BASEMENT The basement of our home has a suite with tenants below. The basement suite has it’s own separate entrance so you will not have to interact with the tenants.
Other things to note: • Guests have access to this entire home, except for the basement which has a suite with tenants. The basement has its own separate entrance so guests will not have to interact with tenants.
• Wifi is through Telus for lightning quick service.
• Wifi name and password is on fridge.
• Host can be contacted through the Vrbo app at anytime.
• Please do not call or text unless it is an emergency.
ADDITIONAL HOUSE RULES: - Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
- STRICT NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE - $500 FINE FOR EVIDENCE OF PARTIES/ EVENTS OR DRUG USE.
- STRICT NO PET POLICY - PETS INSIDE OUR HOME WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
- Vehicles that are restricting access to driveways will be TICKETED AND TOWED.
- STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY - SMOKING OF ANY KIND WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
- STAYING PAST THE CHECKOUT TIME OF 11AM WILL RESULT IN $250 FEE.
**We can provide a pack n' play crib for a fee of $40
- We are not liable for any slips or falls due to ice or snow during the winter. Please exercise caution when there are winter conditions.
**GARBAGE- During your stay, you’ll temporarily be living in the house, and with that comes a few household responsibilities. One of these is putting out the bins on the designated garbage or recycling day if it falls within your stay. There will be a fee of $250 if the bins are not moved on time. We appreciate your help in maintaining the home!**

The description of this property made no mention of a downstairs tenant. We wouldn’t have rented if it had. The hot water heater is turned up so high you will get 3rd degree burns if you are not careful. We alerted the property manager that the only smoke detector on the main floor was disabled on our 1st day, it was never fixed.We would not recommend this property.

Our listing clearly states that there is a tenant in the basement. We advised that the shower tap must be turned in the other direction for colder water. We also weren’t advised of the smoke detector until the end of the stay. This review is completely inaccurate.
The house was new but poorly constructed in a neighborhood that had little parking.
Owner said we could park 2 cars on the driveway but that’s definitely not true.
The listing says it has a whirlpool. Not true
The pool table is in the dirty garage and it’s not a good one. Used foam to level.
the utensils for cooking are low end
Far from luxury.
Owner charged us $86 to fix a towel rack that fell off the wall with the first use. We stated it and sent a photo right away. The anchors were just in drywall. On checkout he said we did the damage. Even though I mentioned it was broken from the start.

This guest Harold is untrustworthy, and apparently unable to read instructions as well. We said 1 car can be parked on driveway and 1 can be parked in garage. We do not advertise it has a whirlpool, the property has whirlpool appliances... The pool table is old and is simply an added bonus in case guests would like to use it, and the utensils are standard, we don't advertise "luxury utensils". Regarding the towel rack, it was securely in tact prior to you getting there. It hasn't been loose or unstable throughout months of this property being on Airbnb and Vrbo, then you check in and it magically falls of the wall.
