The host made sure we had more than enough supplies for the night. Everything was easy to set up and it was a great night overall. The host was easy to contact and I have no complaints.
Beautiful camping night and stargazing experience!!!
The property was easy to get to, as manager gave precise coordinates so I could map them on my phone. The layout was perfect and clean. The site had everything we need to get through the day. I totally recommend this property.

Thank you Ian, for appreciating what i could offer. You're always welcome to stay in our tent.
Hello,
I would like a full refund for this reservation and this listing removed from VRBO. The listing is deceptive and misrepresents the experience which the guest anticipates. The title and pictures of the listing suggests that minimal to no effort will be required from guests. For example, the listing is described and presented in such a way as for a guest to believe the camping equipment will be pre-built, pre-located, and the pre-listed amenities will be provided. However, upon making a reservation, the communication received from the host only partly alludes to the idea that the guest will be responsible for locating and building the camping equipment. As seen in the messages, the host provides an address and states "address to pick up and return all the rental camping equipments: ". Additionally, the host sends a message the day before the cancelation policy expires with instructions on how to erect a tent without expliciting stating the guest will be responsible for establishing the equipment that was seen presented in the pictures of the original posting. This message reads ""Hi Dustin, please watch this video to learn how to set up T4 tent and shower tent". I did not receive this message via email but only through the VRBO website, preventing me from being aware of the situation. The day of starting the reservation, I notice this message and upon arriving at the location to gather the equipment, the host communicates that I will be responsible for collecting all th

Hi Dustin, it was clearly indicated on my listing that i was just renting out my tent, i'm sorry that you were expecting more than that. Actually for just $50 a night you could have a spacious tent, a queen bed, shower tent, and other tools you need for camping. I also provide a direction to my guest to go where they can camp out. Normally it would take a year for a person to book a campsite nearby Sedona in order to secure a spot for camping because there are too many people who want to camp out in Sedona, plus there is an extra fees to get a camping spot.
Those pictures that i put on my listing are just to show where you can camp out, where i would direct you. I already refunded you the cleaning fee $50 because you didn't want to do camping anymore. I did not refund your tent rental because you practically have used my opportunity to rent it out to other guests. You shoud understand I am also trying to make a living by working on my tent rental.
I did not intend to send the tent set up instructions in the later date as you have said so that you won't be able to cancel,. i sent it a few days before you check in so that you would read it and be able to watch the video how to set up the tent and won't have any difficulty setting it up. In my experience some of my guests don't really read my messages especially if they are bombarded with too much information about my rental. I'm sorry i didn't know that you would take it this way.
I hope i have cleared your objection.

Why they chose this property
The Sedona Wilderness camping ground is a popular dispersed camping area offering breathtaking views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations. The campground is nestled in a serene, natural setting, making it a favorite for those seeking an off-the-grid adventure.
One of the standout features of this place is the stunning scenery with vibrant red rocks and desert mountain landscapes providing and unforgettable backdrop for campers. It's an ideal spot for stargazing at night, with minimal light pollution enhancing the beauty of the night sky.
However reaching this picturesque destination comes with challenges. The 5-mile stretch from the campground entrance is a little rocky, bumpy road, requiring careful driving if you have a small car, which is possible to use if you don't have other alternative. High clearance vehicles or four wheel drive are very useful especially for navigating uneven terrain. Despite the rough road, the reward is well worth it-- remarkable views and true connection to nature await those who make the journey.
The dispersed camping area offers a rustic experience, but i provide with all essentials including water as there are no facilities. This campground is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts seeking adventure and natural beauty in Sedona's rugged wilderness.
