The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. Keep an eye out throughout the building for subtle mentions to the past and the stories this unique building holds.

This one bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people on a king size bed. Spacious open living area offers original flooring, high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and tons of character. Our modern kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Convenient in unit washer and dryer are provided. Bring your pet along for your adventures in Winona. Wifi included. Great little base camp

My wife and I loved the condo! It was very clean and comfortable, the perfect basecamp for our outdoor excursions in the area. If we were in the area again we would definitely rent it again.

Amazing spot in a cute town

Highly recommend this property in Winona. Both the building and apartment are clean, safe, quite, and in a fantastic area downtown. We walked to multiple restaurants, coffee shops, and the brewery. The property manager was great to work with & very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!

We loved the "step back in time" 1900 Grain Exchange building! Big windows, wood floors, open and airy- it was a perfect place to stay. We enjoyed walking the trails along the Mississippi River and the neighborhood coffee shops! We will be back.

Great unit with newer amenities in rehabbed old building. Spacious and airy, large windows with lots of natural light. Great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the mighty Mississippi River. Wonderful communication with host from beginning to end. This will be the first place we check for availability when we return to Winona!

Great location, location, location. The layout is tremendous and as a corner unit gave window visibility on 2 sides. East codes for entry and all ammenities were available and in working ordered. .Wirebokking
