The customer service we received at check in was wonderful! We had a few hiccups when we first arrived that were quickly fixed. The facility itself was not very clean. We didn’t offer the staff an opportunity to fix the problem since we were only staying for a night during our roadtrip. I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and this just wasn’t very well kept. Nothing of major concern, but it definitely could use a deep clean.
