Introducing Bay Tree B6! A spacious studio condo with amazing community amenities and an in-town location! This is a third floor condo with no elevator access. Sleeps four comfortably with a king size bed and a queen size Murphy Bed in cabinet. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. - These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge. The guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: For safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear. We don't provide beach or pool towels.

This place was awesome. Enjoyed our stay will book again. Only thing was if they could leave instructions on washer/dryer combo. Could not get clothes to dry. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay. Bed was comfortable the pool was great. And the private pier with washing station was so nice. We were able to catch our fish and clean them.

Best All-around getaway! Perfect location.

This cool little condo is the best location on Port A! My wife and I ran down for a long weekend getaway. We had driven through Bay Tree in the summer and had been checking it out online. B6 was recently renovated and is supper clean. The efficiency-style condo was perfect for two(or even a small family, sleeper sofa) with a neat barn door style partition that separates the living and bedroom. The wall helped to create some privacy. The King bed is very comfy and my wife thought the style and decor "was sooo cute and simple!" Drinks on the back deck was pleasant under the umbrella and you can watch some beautiful sunsets in the sky. I totally loved the fact that I could wake up, grab some coffee and be fishing in the marina without traveling anywhere! Bring a fish trap and you can snag some easy live bait overnight. We hit the flounder and sand trout. The kitchen is quaint, but bring a few of your own seasons, oil, and fixings. I pan seared our trout with mixed veggies! Delicious and easy. OH, and there's a washer-dryer combo in the bathroom. We also liked that we could hit Port-A Outfitters just around the corner for live shrimp and the nightlife fun is also just a block or two away. All-in-all, everything is close by and the condos are situated in the "Old Town" area of the island so its a bit more quiet and residential. We don't have a boat, but the slips are perfect if you wanted to scoot out to Harbor Island and fish the flats. And, their pier has blue lights that help attract some nighttime fishing. We saw a lot of turtles and even dolphins up in the marina. The complex has a big clean pool, BBQ pits, and covered parking. We've stayed in the area hotels, motels, RV parks, houses, and even our truck on the beach...this place is by far the best bang for your buck!

It was just the two of us, so proximity to the beach wasn't a huge priority. Relaxation was. We ate at Grumbles, a great new restaurant. Ate at Virginia's on the Bay, always a fave. I cooked one night and had everything I needed for my shrimp scampi and steamed veggies. I buy the shrimp at Oceans and bring my own seasonings and spices. TV worked, everything worked. I enjoyed fishing from the pier and we enjoyed the ship channel view during our morning coffee. We'll be back.

We would not stay there again.

We enjoyed most of our time outdoors, and the sunsets on the balcony were amazing, and the location of the condo was great being within walking distance to the restaurant and harbor. There was lots of construction in the complex, but we were warned. Sadly, this cute condo must have had heavy smokers stay there before. We left a night earlier and when we got home everything needed to be washed and suitcases aired out. If you are an indoor smoker, this is a perfect place.

We had a great time staying at Baytree while in Port A! Perfect location and size for my family while also allowing a safe place to park our car and golf cart. We absolutely loved the private dock to fish…we used it ALOT! Property manager was quick to respond with questions about property and recommendations for the area. They were very accommodating even through a parking lot renovation. We will definitely be staying here again and will absolutely recommend Baytree to friends and family! Thanks for a great first visit to Port A!

Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, and living area. It is close to restaurants, the grocery store, and shops. It was also nice to watch the ships come into the harbor. There is a small fishing pier on the property. It is a wonderful place to sit and relax, and enjoy the ocean breeze!

This condo was just the right size for us. Had a beachy feel & everything we needed for our short stay. The view from the balcony was beautiful...overlooking the courtyard, palm trees swaying, harbor & marina lights at night & great view of ships coming in & going out on the chanel. The pool is large, well maintained & the bed was seriously the most comfortable of all our stays. Got much needed rest. The host was friendly & accessible...we loved our stay!
