Welcome to our cozy and stylish studio suite - perfect for your next stay in the city! Our suite is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient.
As you enter the suite, you will be greeted by a bright and spacious living room, elegantly decorated with a modern yet cozy style. The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The kitchen area features a sleek set of bar stools, providing a great space to enjoy a meal or catch up on work.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances and cookware, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. We also provide complimentary coffee to get your day started right.
The bedroom area is separated from the living area by a stylish divider, offering privacy and intimacy. The bedroom features a cozy queen-sized bed with plush linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. There is also a spacious closet where you can store your belongings during your stay.
Within the closet you will find a full sized washer and dryer and high end steamer.
The bathroom is modern and clean, with a tub/shower combo, fresh towels, and toiletries provided for your convenience.
You will also find a gray fob in the suite. This fob will grant you further access to the community amenities, which include our state of the art fitness center, courtyard, and wading pool located next to The Goat!
Located in downtown Columbus, our studio suite is within walking distance to many of the city's best restaurants, bars, and shops.
Whether you're visiting for business or pleasure, our one-bedroom apartment is the perfect home away from home. We look forward to hosting you!
HOUSE RULES:
1. NO Parties. LC GuestHouse resides in a residential building. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property. Parties and loud noises are strictly prohibited.
2. NO Smoking in or around our properties. All of our suites are non-smoking (inside and outside). This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, etc. If smoke odor or paraphernalia of any kind is found, a minimum $300.00 fee will be assessed for unexpected cleaning and remediation and a $500.00 smoking fee will be assessed.
3. Any items needing replaced due to damage outside of "normal use" will be charged back to the guest at current, full price. If the same item cannot be purchased, a similar item will be purchased and the guest charged for the full amount for the similar item.
4. The name on the reservation must be a guest staying in the suite and an ID photo will be asked for after the reservation is accepted. If and ID photo is not provided, the reservation may be subject to termination.
5. NO music and video recordings are permitted on property.
6. Keep in mind quiet hours to respect each and everyone's stay around you.
Violation of any of our House Rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
WIFI:
Our properties are equipped with free high-speed internet and network name and password will be sent to you at check in. Please refrain from any illegal downloads as it’s a federal offense here in the US.
HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels inside the suite for you. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible. We do not provide housekeeping for your stay unless required stays 2 weeks or longer.
SURVEILLANCE:
Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.
PARKING:
There is no on-site parking. Parking is available in the nearby Laz Parking Garage and Columbus Commons Parking Garage. These parking garages are pay to park.
OUR TEAM WORK HOURS:
Our Hospitality Team aims to be accessible everyday of the week, 10am- 6pm. We will do our absolute best to provide you a response in a timely manner. Should you have a maintenance emergency, please contact emergency maintenance. Should you have a personal emergency, please contact local officials.
CANCELLATIONS:
Cancellations will incur a 15% processing fee.

If any party decorations or glitter are found after a guest's stay, a minimum fee of $100.00 will be charged to the guest.

7. NO visitors allowed. Only registered guests are permitted inside the property. If you wish to have any visitors, they must be approved prior to your arrival.
Violation of any of our House Rules may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund.
All cancellations will incur a 15% processing fee. Standard cancellation for stays up to 28 nights will be issued a 50% refund up to 30 days prior to arrival (processing fee applies). For stays 28 nights or longer a full refund will be issued if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days before check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable (processing fee applies).

HOUSEKEEPING:
We provide linens and both bath and pool towels. We also provide starter quantities of soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee/tea inside the suite for you. Depending on the length of your stay, you may be responsible for supplementing additional items if the starter quantities are used. If you have arrived and something is missing, please alert us immediately so that we can make sure to send someone over with the replacement as soon as possible.
Stays longer than two weeks will require housekeeping. This is to ensure that the suite is well kept and operating adequately. The mid stay clean will be charged after your reservation is made.

Our properties may also be monitored by EXTERIOR security cameras. These are used for the security of you, your guests, and others around. Please refrain from any illegal activity on the premises.

AMENITIES:
Please note that our restaurant – The Goat, our gym – CODE Fitness, and our dipping pool are located in a nearby building. There will be a short walk to these amenities and you must take the access fob/card located in your suite to be able to enter. Proof of reservation may be required. Amenities rules must be followed or you may be asked by staff to leave and your reservation terminated.
