Bring your friends and family to comfortably stay in the beautiful town of Sandpoint. Nestled in between Lake Pend Oreille (the largest lake in Idaho) and Schweitzer Mountain. The perfect place to see all four seasons. Includes a spacious backyard and a fireplace for the spring & summer. Because of its amazing location (a 15 minute walk to downtown Sandpoint and a 11 mile drive to Schweitzer) and features, this house is perfect for families, friends, and travelers looking for an adventure.
The Cozy Home has 4 bedrooms, 2 full sized bathrooms, office space, laundry room, a full sized kitchen, living room, and a two car driveway.
The master bedroom features its own master bathroom and walk-in closet that create privacy for guests.
The Cozy Home also has a small patio and full sized grill that can be used all year by guests who are looking to grill some locally sourced meats.
In the Spring, Summer, and Fall the backyard features beautiful flowers and berries that bloom annually. There is also a fireplace that can be used if fire regulations allow based upon the seasons. The Cozy Home is also 6 minutes away from Sandpoint City Beach, another must see (or must swim).
And in the winter, the Cozy Home is perfect for skiers and snowboarders as it is a 7 minute drive to the base of Schweitzer Mountain. The mountain features fun for all - even if you don't enjoy being out in the cold.
Check-ins will be done with done remotely, so no need to rush to check-in.

I am a Sandpoint native, who is excited to share my home with others. My family of four was lucky to have grown up in one of the most beautiful small towns in the country. Since then I have moved to San Diego to be by the ocean, but my listing will always have a special place in my heart.
Why they chose this property
This property is one of the few that are located within the city of Sandpoint, a small, eclectic town next to Schweitzer mountain and Lake Pend Oreille. It has a spacious back yard, and enough room for a family to spread out. It is also walking distance to most places, and overall a great place to do it all.
