Picnic at our private pavilion and tiki bar overlooking our small, private silt sand beach, and calm waters. -Grill: Has a gas grill-guests clean it after every use (not in use for winter or windy conditions).
-Fire pit: Metal fire pit at a fixed spot (not in use for hot, dry, windy conditions due to fire hazard).
-Has great MESH NET WIFI, Free use of washer/dryer, iron, ironing boards, hair dryers.
-We provide: linens, towels, shampoo, body wash, instant coffee, tea bags, basic condiments, paper towels, napkins, and trash bags.
-Longer term bookings (more than 7 days) require additional weekly cleanings.
