It is difficult to find a one night stay but this place offers that. Very quiet even though close to airport.

It’s ok

Construction all day in the building wall are too thin you can hear everything. They charge for parking which is unfortunate. The perks right next to the airport and care rental places.

Only issue was that I didn’t feel like it should be charges for parking. If I’m paying to stay here and you have a big parking lot specifically for your hotel, why is it a extra charge for your customers to park! Make it make sense!

ORD layover

Hard to figure out who I rented from, especially when it came time to call for the complimentary shuttle at ORD. I had to call THREE different phone numbers to FINALLY get the shuttle to show up 45 mins. later. Once we got to the property, everything was ok, but after a long travel day, getting that ride was annoying.

Carpet, towels, and Bed Linen Odor

The unit was clean an orderly, however, the old carpet leaves an old mold ordor. I went to a store to purchase Febreze and Air Wick Plug Ins to mask the smell of carpet ordor. The bed linen and towels left a feeling of particialy clean due to the smell of detergent of choice used to clean bed linen and towels. In fact I use Febreze to spray down bed linen and I was unable to wash my face & body with towels and found myself washing towels prior to use, due to I could smell the use of towels of prior occupants. The mix of the carpet, towels, and bed linen ordor was off putting. My stay was good due to professional and curtious staff, however, for odor of carpet, towels, and bed linen remain for a bad memory.
