The compound is located just minutes to downtown Meredith, NH and set on a 2+ private acres providing plenty of room for the entire family. On the waterfront you will find an outdoor shower, two docks, three kayaks, one canoe, two stand up paddleboards and a sandy beach. The main house features a master bedroom with lake views, full bath, living/ kitchen combination, large television, large dining room, 3 season porch, game room with ping pong and foosball and a large outside deck with propane grill. The second floor of the main house provides two large suites, with ample sleeping space and large private baths. Above the garage is a studio apartment with king size bed, full bath and private entrance. The cottage also has a private entrance, king size bed, full bath, and mini kitchen. A lakefront compound perfect for making memoires.
