GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner's Property. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest's reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.
- Noise from radios, music instruments, loudspeakers, sound amplifiers, and “any machine, device, or equipment including phones” that creates sound audibly outside of the rental home is prohibited after 9pm Sunday through Thursday and after 10pm Friday and Saturday per city rules and in respect of the neighbors.
- Commercial vehicles and recreational vehicles (motor homes, campers, converted trucks, etc.) are not allowed to be parked, stored, kept, constructed, repaired or maintained anywhere on the property except for loading and unloading and must be removed within 24 hours per HOA rules. Boats and/or boat trailers are not allowed on the property.
- Pool with spa heating available at the following seasonal per night rate: Dec/Jan $120, Nov/Feb $90, Mar-Oct $60, spa only at $35 a night. Maximum temperature allowed for pool is 85 degrees, 104 degrees for the spa. There are pool toys and an electric pump onsite.
- One small dog allowed with $150 non-refundable deposit. Please do not allow the dog on any furniture or bedding and ensure to pick up their droppings.
- Post stay housekeeping is for five hours. Any additional time needed will be charged to the guest in half hour increments at $80hr. Guest paid mid-cleanings are available if you would like cleaning performed during your stay.
- A vacation rental agreement must be completed before arrival and guests are required to provide a copy of their driver’s license at check-in.
Local vacation rental management group Blue Coachella provides peace-of-mind check-in service, onsite and/or phone assistance during your stay, and professional housekeeping services. Guest paid periodic mid-cleanings are available during your stay.
