Very beautiful location, with an amazing viewing a block from the beach! The place was spacious, clean and comfortable living area with a kitchen. Dog friendly as well! Walking distance to all of the main shops and restaurants in Laguna Beach. It was a great experience and would definitely stay again next in the area!

Excellent location and amazing views

Shevy's rental is an excellent location and amazing views. We stayed at unit 8, the only issue that we had, was we assumed it would have a regular size fridge, so if you are requiring a regular size fridge, I recommend one of the other units he offers, which are as nice. If you don't need a full-size fridge than this is a great unit.

Super accommodating, super chill

We've been coming to this place for years, and you simply can't beat the location—it's literally on top of the ocean. The waves are so close, they might even keep you up at night (in the best way possible). The management recently changed, and honestly, it's been a great upgrade. The hotel across the street now manages the property, and they treated us like hotel guests. Super accommodating, super chill. We were told we could use all the hotel facilities anytime we wanted, and if we needed towels or anything else, they were happy to help. It feels like the best of both worlds: the privacy and vibe, with the service and perks of a hotel. Can't wait to come back again and again. Thank you, guys—keep up the great work!

Beautiful views!

Beautiful views! The apartment looks just like the photos and is great for a couples getaway. The neighborhood is very walkable with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The kitchen was well-appointed which was great since we cooked most of our food, and we loved having our meals outside on the balcony or shared building patio with a glass of wine. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

What a view!

This was a reasonable property with a magnificent view. The location is perfect. Walkable both from the north and the south. And close to the free trolley stop. The room itself had everything we needed and was very clean, but could use some fresh paint in the bathroom. Bed was super comfy. Close to many 5 star restaurants. Beautiful sunsets over Catalina Island. I would have no hesitation in returning to this property again and again!

Priceless ocean view.

Priceless ocean view. Walkable to beach , market, & restaurants. Trolley nearby , which is free! No need to move your car. Appreciate that the kitchen was well stocked to prepare meals. Outside furniture looks old, but did it's job. Light fixture in kitchen, porch , & bedroom wall sconces not working. (Wall sconces blinked all night) I informed hotel reception area when we checked out.
