Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave both parking passes in the villa. There will be a $250 charge for each pass not returned.
Unopened not expired food is encouraged to be donated. Limited amounts can remain.
Leave outside light on and blinds closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Balcony must be free from clutter including towels. Dry goods/other food items left - use at your own risk. Owner not responsible for any items left.
Parking is limited to two cars and is free although first come first served in the complex. Parking pass must be displayed at all times.
Fine will be incurred if the security camera, Wi-Fi or door lock are tampered with.

I was blessed to be able to purchase this villa for my family to enjoy and to offer it to you to experience and fall in love with Hilton Head too!

Why they chose this property

I was drawn to this property not only because of the close proximity to the gorgeous beaches but also because it is literally in the heart of the Island. You can leave your car at home and either walk to the shops, restaurants and beaches or hop on a bicycle and ride the bike trail across the island to take in the breathtaking views.
