Yes parking was easy and yes the kitchen had what we needed. All rooms were decorated really nice. The wildlife bedroom that one of the family members stayed in said the mattress was to hard and very uncomfortable but they made the best out of it. So other than that it was a beautiful home and my family enjoyed it! I could stay there again so I give it 5 stars! And the neighbors that we seen were real nice. So thank you!
Loved the country location of this home. Very clean and has everything you need for your stay. No worries about running out of towels or wash rags. Kitchen is well stocked, coffee pot, fridge has ice, it just needs your food! This was a very pleasant stay. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for a place in this area.
Very quiet neighborhood. Exceptional property very well maintained. It didn't affect me personally, but it is a "dry" county. We had a great stay and plenty of opportunities to just unwind.
My family and I enjoyed this beautiful home. Very quiet neighborhood. House was very clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay again if in area again
We enjoyed are stay here as it was easy to communicate with owner and the house was great. Nice neighborhood, very clean, and an overall great atmosphere. We would stay here again.
My family and I were traveling and needed a place just to shower and sleep for one night. This place was great for us. Host communicated very well and everything was as described. We would stay here again if we are ever in that area.
Our team really enjoyed the stay here. Very nice I would pick this place again. There were no hassles with our stay. Janet was friendly and responds quickly to messages as well. We really appreciated all the extra amenities
The property was exactly what we needed. Good communication with host, house was well stocked, clean, beds were comfy, it was nice to be able to park in the garage, and we would stay here again.
We booked this place twice in one trip. We were traveling and needed a halfway place to shower and sleep. This was great for our needs. Owner had great communication and everything was as described. We were not there long, so I can't say much else. We would stay here again if in the area.
I can’t recommend this place enough! Janet’s communication was perfect! The home is beautiful! It is very obvious Janet is proud of this home from all of the attention to detail! Book this home, you won’t be disappointed!
We came in for graduation and preferred a house verses a hotel that was comfortable and updated. The first house we booked was closer to campus, but they canceled our reservation. We didn’t mind being a little further away because the neighborhood was quiet and the house was amazing. Our stay was quick but the process was super easy.
Clean. Home is located in a corner lot next to a corn field. Nice country feel. Gracious amenities. Relaxing. Owner watches you check in via ring cam to ensure accurate occupancy of the property. This is actually stated in the rental agreement Great stay thank you.
Me and a few other nursesstayed the night at this wonderful place for a conference. 10/10 recommend. King bed was like sleeping on a cloud! Much needed sleep and I forgot my soap but Janet had extra stocked. Communication wasawesome!
House was much better than I expected. Clean, well stocked, very roomy for such a small home. The Hostess was easy to reach after I figured out the messaging. Only negative was a city xmas parade with firetruck/police sirens came buy before 8AM, due to rain. Was funny after the the fact.
Our 2 day stay was just wonderful. The house was very tidy and beautifully decorated for Christmas. I couldn’t find the code to get in the door (my fault) and Janet opened the door for me from her end and walked me through unlocking it on my own. She was very nice and extremely helpful. I will stay here again should we ever need to go back to that area.
The property was as described. Clean, kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and the 2 bathrooms were a nice size with all the necessary body, hair products.
Were able to use the garage, which was a nice plus as it was hot. Not a lot of shopping, but Jonesboro was only about 15 mins. away, which also had numerous restaurants. The local mexican restaurant is very good.
If I come back again to see my nephew, will definitely opt for this location.
The house was beautiful, very clean, up to date appliances, and the beds/bedding were extremely comfortable. There were TVs in every bedroom and many games to play, which we did. Host is very helpful and pleasant. The house is the last located on a short street with a corn field to the right of it; not in the middle of town which was a plus for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you!
This was our first stay in Lake City and highly recommend the house and location. You are just a few minutes from Jonesboro but in a peaceful, country setting. The house is beautifully decorated and on a corner lot. We loved the extra touches like the snacks, stocked coffee bar, games, comfortable mattresses, and too many others to mention. Janet responded to my messages in minutes. We wished we would have stayed longer than 2 nights! Thank you for sharing your home and your hospitality!
We were visiting Jonesboro for our kiddos ball tournament and found this little gem to stay at. It was about a 20 min drive but it was so worth it. Mrs. Janet has thought about every little detail to ensure anyone who stays here has everything they need. The boys loved the welcome snacks and drinks that were waiting for us upon arrival. House was exceptionally clean. Very nice clean neighborhood. Mrs Janet was wonderful to work with and she answered any questions we had almost immediately. Will definitely stay again if we get the chance.
From the time we pulled up, the crub appeal was very nice. When we got there, I had trouble getting in, and Ms. Janet was so prompt in helping us get in the house. From the time we walk in, it was everything we seen in the pictures. She had us snacks out and also a coffee bar that was great. Everything you could ask from. We had access to everything including the garage to pull my vehicle in. All the food and attractions is less then 5 to 10 minutes away from the house. We enjoyed every minute in the house and yes I would stay there again and again.
Having only stayed in a few vacation rental homes, this has been my favorite! This place is thoughtfully stocked and all-around cozy; it looks like a newly built location. I loved the snacks and coffee selections. The house has a nice interior layout with comfortable furnishings and is equipped with very nice appliances. Janet has done an excellent job with the place and is quick to communicate. The instructions she provided were crystal clear. This has also been the quietest location I've stayed in so far, which worked wonders for getting a relaxing night’s rest from a long drive. If I ever pass through the area again, I'll be sure to ask to stay again and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. Thanks for everything, Janet!
