The property sits on over an acre of land, nestled among large mature Oak Trees and fruit trees. You will hear birds chirping and at times see ducks and owls.
The property has lots of parking for boats and or RVs.
Close by within a two block radius you will find a major grocery store, food and opportunities to shop for clothing you might have forgotten in the plaza. UPS, dry cleaner and banks are also in walking distance.
Less than 2 miles away is a boat ramp which provides access to the ocean. There is also a small beach co-located in the same area with areas for grilling and playing games.
St Petersburg Beach is approximately a 15 minute drive from the property.
The kitchen has all basic appliances (blender, coffee machine, toaster and microwave) available for your use. Pots and pans plus dishes and silverware are provided.
Crib and a playpen are also available in the bonus room attached to the master bedroom, which can fit air beds.
