Lovely 2nd floor condo with huge balcony facing the pool area and the Little Lagoon due west. 2 bedroom, with master bedroom having sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony. The guest bedroom as a queen size bed ...the den has a beautiful couch that is also a pull out queen sofa sleeper.as well as a second set of sliding glass doors that lead out to the balcony......the kitchen is gourmet with everything you would need....washer and dryer are also in the unit...there are 2 beautiful bathrooms.... 3.3 miles west of hwy 59 intersection where the Hang Out resides...2 night minimum stay, 25.00 parking pass for your stay...25.00 boat trailer fee....

Great place to stay!

This was our 2nd year staying in this condo, and we loved it again. It is a great location, beach and pool were not crowded. Condo is clean and has everything you need, and property manager is very helpful!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities that were advertised. The room has a great view of the lagoon and is only a short walk to the beach. The beach was not very crowded during our stay. Our host Meagan was very accommodating and provided us with all of the information we needed. She also responded quickly to any of our questions. We really recommend working with her!
