Third bedroom has a queen bed (sleeps 2) and views of the mountains and the fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin (sleeps 2-3) also with a TV and views of the mountains. There are two large living rooms on the first floor-w/smart TV's- there is ample room to spread out. Living room #1 has a full size couch, loveseat and a chair.
