Enjoy incredible views from every room or any one of your three covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Interior features: Hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, elevator servicing all floors, cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill, outdoor fire pit, and more. The property is 1 block off the highway at the end of a quiet street. 1st Floor: pool, parking and entry. 2nd floor: 5BR/5BA (2 Kings, 5 Queens, 2 Twins). 3rd floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room and king master suite. 4th floor: King master suite. Pool heat is included. Saturday to Saturday rental during peak seasons.
