Long weekend getaway

We have family in Pensacola and visit a couple times a year. We have stayed in many places but this has been our favorite. This condo is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable, afordable and conveniently located. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect beach getaway!

We loved our time at this condo. An incredible view of the water and a short walk to the beach. Very well stocked with all the basics needed for a beach getaway! On our final night we even got to see the Navy Blue Angels fly right past our balcony in formation! Amazing!

The property itself was great but they were doing work on the outside of the building starting early in the am; painting, pressure washing (except Sunday) and that got pretty noisy. I wish it had been advertised while we made the reservation.

A great week at the beach

Even though itโ€™s across the street from the beach, you can hear the ocean from the balcony at night and itโ€™s at theโ€™ quieterโ€™ end of the island, but still close to everything, including a convenience store right next door and a trolley stop (free) right outside. To get to the beach, just exit the pedestrian gate and cross the road, or we would drive across the street with all of our gear and people who didnโ€™t want to stay the whole day could walk back home. The condo was sparkling clean, beautifully decorated, and easy to access right off the elevator (but also super quiet). It has everything we could possibly need for our stay including towels, and tons of kitchenware.It was pricey, but worth it if you can afford it. My only wish was that the balcony had a chaise lounge or comfy chair for lounging with a book in addition to the tall half tables/bar chairs. They are great for eating and visiting, but not quite as comfortable to curl up with a book. I would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

The actual condo was everything pictured and more. Fully stocked kitchen, very clean and homey. Loved everything. Only recommendation would be a new garbage can in the kitchen. However, this was our 4th stay at the Emerald Dolphin. Iโ€™m happy to see the building being upgraded, however it was dirty and inconvenient. The pool was disgusting and looked like it hadnโ€™t been cleaned in 2 weeks. The maintenance crew was painting condo doors and wanted to get ours painted. We turned them away as it took 3 hours to paint another family members door in the condo and the crew kept the door open wide for 3+ hours.
