We have our dedicated team ready to respond to any needs you have via message in the app, the host is available for emergencies via the messages or phone if need be unless already on-site.

There will sometimes be someone at the house though also not. This may be the hosts or other guests who have been shown to be responsible with positive reviews as well. When there’s others there is a well-behaved (friendly with people, kids, other dogs, etc) husky who will likely be on-site.
