Nestled in the cliffs overlooking the ocean, this two bedroom condo offers you panoramic views of the Sea of Cortez. Located at Misiones del Cabo, the resort is an architectural masterpiece offering exceptional location, dramatic views, safe swimming on two beaches and a wide range of guest services. From the moment you arrive you'll feel the difference. (bring your binoculars).

Both bedrooms enjoy ocean views, with glass sliding doors that open to the balcony. The living room includes a 55 inch plasma color TV with DVD and plenty of room for two couples. The full-size kitchen is complete with all the amenities for preparing all meals and the oversize balcony includes patio furniture for lounging in the sun and enjoying the incredible views.

The resort features a guarded, gated entrance, two large swimming pools with spa and swim up palapa bars, two restaurants,, convenience store and laundry service. The concierge can arrange most activities including jet ski and ATV rentals. World famous Sunset Mona Lisa Restaurant is one of two restaurants on the property, providing you with views so spectacular, you'll come back night after night, or maybe not, since the same great sunsets are available from your private patio.

This beautiful corner unit features over 1400 square feet of living space including the 400 square foot balcony with ocean and pool views. Both bedrooms feature a king-size bed and yes, you can hear the ocean as you sleep at night!

Both beaches are a five minute walk from the condo, with snorkeling and kayaking equipment available for rent on the private, secluded beach, and you'll never encounter annoying beach vendors here like you will on the main beaches. Scuba diving is available in town (three miles away) along with parasailing, jet skis, ATV's, horseback riding on the beach, sunset cruises, shopping, dining and more. The Costco is located less than a mile away, Walmart is located about 3 miles away and with the addition of CCC, City Club and Soriana's mega supermarkets in Cabo, you'll be able to purchase almost any grocery item you can imagine.

Wonderful spot

Well appointed, comfortable condo in a lovely and quiet complex, perfect for our family spring break. The pool is delightful, poolside restaurant yummy, and all the staff very friendly. The beach is quiet and private. We particularly appreciated having a relaxing spot to return to after a day’s tour or evening at a restaurant in town. Highly recommended and we hope to return!

Cabo beauty

The condo has a great layout - the bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living room/kitchen open concept. Amazing views from every room. We watched whales from the large deck/porch. The pool was nice, clean and within an easy walk. Pool bar/food did not disappoint. We walked to the beach several days. Many people were swimming and snorkeling from the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful property, great service

Misiones del Cabo is a beautiful property with easy beach access and a gorgeous pool. The on-site staff were so friendly and helpful and Edwin responded promptly to communications. The beds were so comfortable and we could hear the ocean at night. It was the best sleep we've had in a long time!

Great Place! Excellent Views

Had a wonderful stay in Misiones del Cabo. Everyone was so nice and helpful! Andreas at the pool bar was extremely accomodating. Our only complaint was our shower head was broken and we reached out to Edwin several times with no response. We had no shower head the whole time.

Great Location, Incredible Views!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful space. The balcony overlooking the water was our favorite part. Good value for the money, although there were a few issues like the shower not working in the master bath and I wish the ad had mentioned the 37 steps to the apartment. Normally not an issue, but I just had a knee replacement, so it added some challenge to our trip.Everyone was very nice, the pool bar has great food and drinks and was reasonably priced. Great location for stores, restaurants, and downtown area.

Breathtaking view

When we first walked in to the condo my friend and I were wowed by the breathtaking view overlooking the ocean! The condo was spotless and beautiful as well. Make sure you’re physically fit if you’re planning on staying here there are a lot of steps up and down to the beach. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend! 😊

Perfect location!

I visited for a week during spring break with my 3 teens. The condo was just the right size, the beds were VERY comfortable, and the view was magnificent. The location was beautiful, quiet, safe, clean and friendly. The nearby cove was a very close walk and offered great snorkeling. Pool was clean and easy to access. The pool bar/restaurant was good and moderately priced (compared to larger nearby restaurants). Ed was easy to contact and replaced the bbq propane immediately upon request- thanks! I would 100% recommend this place and hope to return asap!

Missiones del Cabo 2024

Edwin's property is spectacular. Edwin met us when we arrived and showed us done updated features in the kitchen. We were surprised to find snorkeling equipment, beach chairs and a beach umbrella in the closet. These were great to have on hand. The property is beautiful. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool and pool bar. The pool bar has very good food; a Mexican buffet on Tuesdays. We hope to return to Misdiones del Cabo,

Phenomenal Experience!

This property was absolutely perfect for our family Spring Break! We needed a place where our teenager could have his own room, which made him very happy (we are over the massive resort thing). The condo has a great layout and the owner has chairs, umbrella, etc. BEST perk ever! It made for some very fun beach-hopping experiences. We aren't pool people, but it looked very fun. We ate a few times there and the food and drinks are delicious. The staff was very helpful and kind too. Went deep sea fishing (caught three massive Marlin) and also went whale watching. We brought binoculars and saw SO many whales breaching from the balcony. SO grateful to Edwin for truly knowing what guests need. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you're on the fence, book it. You'll be so happy you did!

Convenient Location, great condo, limited parking.

Really nice condo close to Costco and Fresco. Views of the ocean. Access to a small swimmable beach. Great pool. Lots of places to relax. Within walking distance to a few very expensive restaurants with spectactular views. While not a problem for us its on the third floor, no elevator. Also parking was a huge problem. Often had to park at top of the road and walk. Area is very congested and not a gated community so people may be parking to access the beaches. Condo was adequately equipped and having a dishwasher was nice.

The vibe we were looking for

This condominium complex was amazing. The grounds were immaculate, the staff was friendly and helpful ( especially Pablo) and we were within a short walking distance to 5 nice restaurants ( the furthest was 1.6 mi but well worth the walk)! We did not rent a car which we felt was the right decision. We did take the city bus into the City Center to walk around and eat and enjoy some window shopping but are grateful we didn’t stay in that area as it is too congested for our liking. Pablo arranged for us to do a sunset cruise ( highly recommend) and we booked an e-biking trip with Cabos Adventures ( also highly recommend). We went to San Jose on Thursday and ate dinner at Jazmine's and enjoyed the art festival. Our condo had a beautiful view of the beach and we also used the beach chairs provided and sat on the sand and watched the whales for hours. There is limited beach walking due to the rocks. A perfect getaway with perfect weather and plenty to do. I didn’t mention but the swim up bar and heated pool was fantastic. Food was great there as well. They also put up a few extra TVs for Super Bowl watching!

A quiet stay for 4 in Cabo

Our group was two couples in their 50's, looking to get away from the cold weather up here in Portland, Oregon, and this was our first trip to Cabo. In the end, we got lucky and picked this place, which was perfect for us. -This 3rd floor apartment is located on a small point that's about a 15min drive to the east of the Cabo San Lucas marina area (you won't be walking to Cabo). -There's access to a couple of small, semi-private beaches (Playa Publica Cabo Bello and Playa Monumentos), which were quiet and devoid of vendors (unlike nearby Playa Medano, closer to Cabo hotels). -Groceries are nearby (Costco, Fresko), or you can take your meals down at the poolside restaurant, which always had great food and drinks on offer. -Your balcony looks down over the pool/bar area, with great views eastward onto the Gulf of California (glorious sunrises, we did yoga out there). -The apartment is set up for two couples; each couple has their own well-appointed bathroom (one bathroom is en suite, one is off of the kitchenette). The bedrooms are separated from one another by the kitchen/living room (privacy). -so we spent our days snorkeling/hanging at local beaches, visiting Cabo San Lucas and the nearby towns, while eating lots of tacos, and drinking lots of margaritas. -when we come back to Cabo, we'll definitely be checking with this place for availability!

Better than described in listing

We loved staying at this property. The owner got us a pack and play for our toddler and was exceptionally kind and helpful with anything that was needed. The pools are near by, the pool bar was well stocked and tended and the beaches were very nice. I really have no complaints, and if i am ever in Cabo again, I will look to rent this again.

Hi Bob, We had a wonderful time. The resort was very nice and your condo has a great view. The tacos by the pool were awesome. We ate the guacamole and salsa daily. The restaurant at the top of the hill, Puerto Viejo, was great. We did go to Lover's Beach via water taxi and did some snorkeling. Was beautiful, especially the Pacific side. We did our grocery shopping at CCC's, they had everything. Went fishing on Tuesday and my son caught a Mahi Mahi as big as him. Well, I won't bore you with any more details, just wanted to thank you for all your help in booking our trip. I am mailing the keys back today. Thanks, Donna

Bob, wanted to say how much we enjoyed our stay in your condo at Misiones. What a great view from your large balcony, and we love how you decorated your place, it's so comfortable.
