Rents weekly Sunday to Sunday during summer.Has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with 4 of the bedrooms having their own en suite bathrooms. Can sleep up to 12 people, being over 2000 square feet. Has elevator, private pool (heating available $300) ,and a golf cart provided for guest use. Has all the amenities you need to make this your home away from home. This homes calendar runs a weekly 7 day rental of Sunday to Sunday during peak wummer season. (June- August).

Afternoon check in at 4:00 PM until checkout following Sunday morning at 10:00 AM.

When make booking request to us, we will email for some addiitional guest information of which we require repies to us at time of request, Reservations are created when payment is made on owner approved booking requests. We sometimes get multiple inquiries for same date ranges that we quote multiple people on the same day. A quote does not equal a reservation or dates held until paid and approved.

In order to book our home you must read over the required Rental Agreement we will provide after acceptance, complete all required information, and return with drivers license verifying your agreement to the stated terms that they are acceptable and will be followed. Please notify us if have any questions on this.

We generally only allow Family rentals with responsible adult over 30 years of age. We do not rent to groups under 30 years of age. Any non family groups, and/ or people bringing motorcycles or trailers please contact us prior to requesting to book to get approval to reserve.

Sleeping for 12 (10 adults max as other 2 beds are a child's bunk bed)

Stand alone private detached home.

Golf cart is legal to ride on streets in Surfside and includes permit to allow free parking at all golf cart parking areas,including golf cart beach access parking throughout Surfside.

We also provide golf cart, linens, house towels, beach supplies, and a private pool.
