We had a great stay and the place is nicely done. We had 16 in our group so used both sides and it worked out perfect. There were great options in the area for restaurants and we were within walking distance to the beach.

We had a great stay! The property comfortably accommodated our entire family, including the kids. They especially loved the game rooms in both homes—it kept them entertained the whole time. Everything was clean and well-kept, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. We truly appreciated the setup and would definitely consider staying again!

The place was great for a retreat with friends. Plenty of room for everyone. The listing checkbox says that there is a hot tub, but there is not, so that was disappointing. The other quirk we found is the remotes for the fans and lights seem to change all nearby ones! Made for an interesting first night! All and all a great place to stay and big soft beds to sleep on!

Wedding

Our stay was great except our place wasn’t ready when it was suppose to be. We rented this based on being able to get in at 3 to get ready for a wedding we had at 5:30 and it wasn’t ready until 4:30. We missed the wedding but we made the reception regardless. I gave the cleanliness a 4 rating because the floors were dirty (not mopped) we noticed this after walking around getting ready and our feet were black. Beach towels would have been nice (if there were some we couldn’t find them). Our checkout was simple as was our check in.

Stop Looking and Book this Place!!!

My family had a cousin reunion and this house was perfect!!! The fact that it was 2 separate townhouses with a connecting back yard made ALL the difference in the world! One side for the fun and one side for the chill LOL We thoroughly enjoyed ourself and the drive to Jacksonville Beach was about 9 minutes away. The washer/dryer was a game changer for sure. Keep in mind that with VRBO's in general, you may be to bring your own bathroom tissue & hand soap, dish soap, dishwater detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels but other than that, the kitchens were WELL STOCKED with plenty of plates, cups, utensils, and even wine glasses and cocktail kits. The walls are thick between townhouses and this was important for the quiet side. The kids loved the game rooms. Even the neighbors were friendly. There are 2 driveways and each can fit 3 cars and then a couple cars can park in front of the house. If you have more than 8 cars, you may have to park on the street and move around to accomodate the neighborhood. But the street is wide so it all worked out. Finally the host, Kay is sooo accomodating and friendly. She answered my questions quickly and thoroughly. She provided us with info before we asked sometimes. Check in and check out was easy. We would recommend this place to everyone!
