About this property
Private & Spacious North End Getaway!
This 1400 sq ft, upper-level duplex is within walking distance of Boise's most famous parks, historic districts, restaurants, and hiking/biking trails. Plus, only 16 miles from your front door and you will be at Bogus Basin, our hometown ski resort and year-round playground.
This is the perfect "home base" for exploring Boise and comfortably sleeps 4.
The space
Enjoy the private, main level of this duplex with dedicated parking for one vehicle and free street parking. The 1400 square feet gives you plenty of room to congregate together or enjoy spaces separately after a long day of play.
Whether you are prepping lunches for a day of winter activities at Bogus Basin or getting the family together for a holiday meal, the kitchen is equipped with enough basics to cook and dine for 8, including small appliances and baking accessories to complete your meal.
Digital nomads will enjoy a dedicated 5G guest Wi-Fi network, with a backup 4G guest network! Plus, don't miss the “boutique gym" which includes a yoga mat and blocks, small weights, and a vintage exercise bike that is ready for a ride!
Each bedroom has a queen bed and the living room includes a plush futon to accommodate sleeping arrangements for up to six people. The primary bedroom has a full en suite and walk-in closet. The second bedroom includes a small closet and shelving with a full bathroom across the hall.
*Cleaning products are allergen-sensitive and earth-friendly. There are 2 ionization fans for added airflow.
Guest access
This upstairs duplex unit is entirely private and cannot be accessed by the lower unit. The whole upper-level unit is yours to enjoy, including the private, expansive deck (No downstairs or backyard access). The right side of the carport is for your use and accommodates one vehicle. Additional street parking is available and free. Your unit has a keypad deadbolt lock. Instructions will be sent prior to your stay.
Other things to note
A designated pet relief area is located in front of your parking spot with a little room for the furry friends to do their business. Please pick up after your pets!
No loud parties. Have fun, but keep it to yourselves. Neighborhood quiet hours observed are 10pm - 7am.
Guests should acknowledge that there is potential for some noise from the private secondary unit below. Please be respectful of each other.
The only security cameras on site are in the parking lot.
