Modern Beach House Serenity

Welcome to our new custom built beach home paradise. My wife & I are very excited to share our dream home with our guests. A modern, cottage-chic home that is warm and inviting with tranquil field/pond/ocean views. We love the open floor plan and 3 custom Italian marble bathrooms with a 2 floor wall of windows letting in loads of eastern facing sunlight. Enjoy the views from 2 large decks off the east & west sides of the home as the main living space is located on the 2nd floor with a 3rd floor loft area. Fully fenced in level back yard with outdoor shower and horseshoe pit

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
• Checkout time is 10 AM. • Gather all sheets and towels and place them in the black linen bags located in the laundry room. • Please leave the white comforters on the beds.
• Load and run the dishwasher in the morning before you leave. • Remove all trash in orange bags (provided) and place it in the outdoor bin. • Return beach passes to the hook in the foyer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please refrain from using the fire table. The Utility Room at the back of the garage is the owner's space and will be locked.
