3 good size bedrooms. Enjoyed having the space to spread out, but it is a hike to get to the beaches. About 20-30 min drive. Titled as secluded but there were ppl coming and going working on the property the entire stay. Although he did inform me that he was doing renovations, it was unsettling to have ppl on the property every day. They blocked the driveway one day which did hold us up from leaving, but they were polite and apologetic and removed their truck in a reasonable timeframe to give us access. Overall, I only had 2 complaints…the workers and not having enough cups and glasses, etc for the number of ppl in our group. If the villa sleeps 10, there should be at least that number of everything to accommodate. He was good with communication, brought us toilet paper and apologized for the lack of supplies. Overall a gracious host, we enjoyed our stay, thank you!
