Renovated space in beautiful downtown Starkville. You'll enjoy walking to downtown shops and restaurants. A short walk to Midtown, the Cotton District, and MS State campus. Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with queen beds and a kitchen equipped for a chef. You'll enjoy afternoons grilling out under the shade of a beautiful Pin Oak tree. 1.6 miles away from Davis Wade Stadium, Dudy Noble Field, and Humphrey Coliseum. There is current construction next door due to a house that burned down
This home features 3 bedrooms with queen beds in each room along with 2 full bathrooms. One bathroom is a private bath for the primary bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a gourmet meal from the chef in your group. It even features a washer and dryer in a small laundry room off the main bathroom.

The home was clean except that there was a dead roach in the front room when we arrived. We had an ongoing fight with ants in the kitchen - would be nice if the host could work on that problem. We did not have body wash in either bathroom and it took a couple of days to have some delivered - lucky for us we had family in town who gave us enough to make it through the first couple of days.The property was a bit tricky to find - it is behind the management building - we went in there to ask and they did not know about our rerservation and it took us describing what we were looking for before they told us it could be the house behind them - that is when we found the correct house number and verified that we had found our rental. If we had arrived after they had closed or at night I am not sure we would have found the house.The house met our needs very nicely and I would not hesitate to rent it again if these little problems are corrected.

Surprisingly quiet and convenient location!

This stay as top-notch on our list. It is in the heart of downtown and super convenient to restaurants and MSU. It was surprisingly quiet and restful. The property was on the back side of a realtor’s office, so it was a little strange when we pulled up. However, there is a drive down the side and the property is well-lit and easily accessible. Yard had plenty of green areas to walk the pup. Home was spacious and had more than ample room for us to spread out. It was useful to have both a walk-in shower and bath. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed provided. Furnishings were crisp and clean. A few items were showing wear (coffee table), but it in no way took away from the functionality. We will definitely re-visit this convenient property on future trips!

College tour at MSU

Pros: property was very clean and beautifully decorated. Had dishes and a few items you may need during stay (shampoo, conditioner, mustard, etc). Check in process was easy. Cons: the listing says “renovated space”. I guess that is true. It is not a house. It is an addition to the back of the rental property office. The floors are so uneven, it feels like you are going to fall out of the shower. Luggage all rolls downhill to the door of the bedroom. Right next to this property are 2 houses that are being renovated. One is totally being demolished and the workers were outside the front door with a jack hammer until after 1:00 am! Another confusing part of this property were the directions on what to do when we left. One set of instructions were on a paper at the house, another set of DIFFERENT instructions were sent to my email. The good news: when I let the property manager know about the construction next door, she reached out to the workers and they were quiet the next night. I hate to give a negative review as the property managers were very kind, but this property was not up to the usual VRBO standards.
