Great cabin for our whole family. The resort area is nice, the café was delicious and it was so handy to have it right there. The management team was very hospitable and responsive.

Disappointed

Where to start?.. arrive and tell us our hot tub is broke. This is only reason we booked this place. Get to cabin smell is nasty misty. Mice turds on everything the next morning we woke up, pretty much needed a 4x4 for parking and one 1 only can park at ground level rest have to park way on down. Toilet wouldn’t flush right. Door frames rotted out. Junk laying around outside. Community pool was nice is only thing that saved this trip.

Birthday Weekend

We had several family members and friends come to spend time to celebrate several birthdays. We got to the office to check-in around 4 PM on a Friday and only one person working. They still use keys rather than key pads so this was inconvenient with our large group insuring someone had a key. It was unclear from the description that parking was at basement level and that to enter the unit you had several deck steps to go up. Definitely not a good unit for anyone with mobility issues. Another missing piece is that none of the three pools were close to the unit and required getting in the car. There were no restrooms or changing facilities at any pool. The pool was smaller so when 20 people were in it is was packed. They had good seating at the pool with loungers and tables with umbrellas. Otherwise the unit and amenities were as described. Note that the unit is 20 minutes from a Dollar General and 35 minutes from Kroger, so plan to bring whatever you need.
