Great location close to UF which was perfect for our visit. There was plenty of room & beds were comfortable. The area was safe for walking and easy trip to grocery or breakfast spots.
Jessica was very nice and good to work with. Our issues should be resolved by the time next guests use the property. This is not a vacation retreat, but the location is good for a work stay.

The pest control told me the little bug you find are fruit bug came from the papaya pulp which someone left under the garbage can and on side of garbage can. That fruit bugs gone after the pulp dry. I understand your bad feeling and I donot have that experience neither. At least, I learn something this time. Thanks for letting me know about the fruit bugs.
The home was plenty spacious for our needs, all the needed toiletries and linens were provided, and the check in / out process was simple and reasonable. Location is great for pretty much anything you could want to do in Gainesville.
Above all the host Jessica was very kind and accommodating and ensured that our stay was stress free and smooth.
We didn't use the kitchen so I can't comment on that, and as other reviews mentioned the house was not *spotless*, but it was by no means dirty and that didn't detract from our experience. I would gladly stay again!

Many thanks. I am so honored to host you and hope you come back again.
Thank you for letting us stay at your Vrbo. It was nice meeting you, Jessica. The house was nice, clean and accommodated our family. Loved the easy operation and workings of the A.C. Plenty of shampoos, soaps and bath towels. Nice to have Wi-Fi access, and the park within walking distance was great. The pool was great, too. Just a few suggestions: Felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs to avoid scraping loud noise, dish towels, and a few more forks and spoons would be nice, a general deep clean, and closets to be cleaned and organized.Overall, our stay was pleasant and met our needs. If we ever return to Gainesville, we would book this place again! Thank you!

Broken Appliances, Furniture and undercover harassing Host Jessica
I chose this property because of the advertisement of two beds in each room it seemed to be a good fit for my family and I to share rooms and a convenient middle point to meet for Christmas dinner. Upon arriving, I did an initial visual walk through and took pictures of some visual damages before unloading. Jessica told me that she was going to be out of town, however she came over unannounced early the next morning. The stove caught on fire in the middle of me cooking Christmas dinner due to faulty wiring. I called and reported this to Jessica immediately and she asked me not to call the fire department and that she would come the following morning and her husband who is not a Certified electrician could fix it but I quickly declined and because he could have hurt himself or my family in the process, the roof leaked in the bedroom, the Host controlled the appliances with her phone including turning the heat to almost 80 degrees inside. We were rushed to leave the departure morning because she said another family was arriving. However no repairs were made AFTER I reported to her and can you believe she had the nerve to ask me how much I was going to pay towards repairs that she is responsible for. Her faulty broken down property almost ruined our Christmas because the stove caught on fire in the middle of me cooking dinner. Good thing my family was up watching movies and drinking hot chocolate. We could have been burned alive if we had been sleeping when the fire started.
