Home also includes a workout room with a treadmill as well as weights, several TV's, fully finished basement with Hot Tub.Large dining table (seats 12). Large Sectional couch (seats 6-8). Very private back yard with lights all along the fence. Great space for outdoor leisure. All near new appliances including washer & dryer..... If you are bringing pets you must register them at checkout on the booking please.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in the wash and start it. The machine has a built in detergent reservoir, that should have detergent in it.
These additional requests are what helps us keep the cleaning fees lowered. Please leave the house in the same condition that you found it. Please load the dishwasher and run it.
