Spend the fall at our beautiful Vermont home. Located on a spacious lot in the best neighborhood in Montpelier, which is a wonderful town. House has abundent windows to let in the sunlight from sunrise to sunset. Super quiet setting, the house backs up to woods, fields, and a babbling brook. The perfect place to enjoy Vermont's spectacular fall. Available to rent from September 9th through October 14th. 3 week minimum stay.


Enchanting historic home preserves last century charm with tasteful modern updates. The large kitchen extends into a lovely sitting and eating area. Open all the windows and it's like being on a screened porch. First floor 1/2 bath has a laundry room. Living room, fireplace room, and dining room are all comfortable and provide plenty of room to spread out. As do the two porches. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom, full bath, yoga room, second bedroom, and office.

Wonderful hosts and location

My husband and I stayed here for 2.5 months and absolutely loved it. The house is spacious, cozy and in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance to downtown. Kim and David are great hosts who are very communicative and welcoming. We would definitely stay again!
