About the host
Hosted by Georgeann NIkolich
I live in Florida with my family and have traveled and lived in the Aspen area the last 30 years. I always say that Aspen is where my heart is but my people I love are in Florida. I go between the two.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because of the love of the East End of Aspen although the summer can be busy with people exploring Independence Pass and the trails along the East end, the winters are quiet and peaceful with only being 1 mile from town. It's still walkable and yet I can get away from the crowds in minutes.
What makes this property unique
My property is unique in that its quiet and since I am just outside the city limits there aren't the strict rules of being within the Aspen limits. Love being 1 mile from town in the summer and winter. I can drive or in the summer take a bike in and not deal with the parking limits and crowds. The mix of quiet and activity is important to me, I love the space and not have to be so close to my neighbors but have a property with plenty of space.
