Welcome to my home in the heart of the Catskills!

Come explore, adventure, and escape in the comfort of this charming chalet-style home set on the babbling Emory Brook. Emory House features wide-open spaces, dark skies, and easy access to skiing, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, cute downtowns, art galleries, and great local eats.

5 minutes from Belleayre Mountain, 30 minutes from Woodstock, and 40 minutes from Hunter and Windham.

The adventure is here, the wifi is strong.

The space
The property sits nestled next to a mountain brook on a quiet gravel road close to town. The main space includes a well-appointed kitchen (no need to bring your own knives), a large dining room (the table can be expanded to seat 10), and a comfortable living space with a view of the pond. There is a second living space above the garage featuring a new bathroom with an expansive shower, a kitchenette for basic cooking, and a modern home theater with a PS5.

There are numerous bedrooms, the primary suite with a king size bed, a bedroom on the ground floor with a nearby bathroom, a bed in the loft featuring a fully renovated bathroom with a spacious shower, multiple beds downstairs, and the loft couch features a pull-out if necessary.

The house easily fits two families with children.

Finally, there is a spacious back deck with a grill and loungers, and a pinball machine in the basement, give it a try! (Waterworld! What's a weekend without 3 kilos of pure dirt?!)

Our first ski weekend in Bellaeyre with another family and this house absolutely delivered! The moment I saw the living room windows, I was sold—it was exactly the cozy mountain vision I had imagined for a trip like this. The views and natural light made it the perfect place to relax after a day out.The layout was fantastic for two families. With multiple bedrooms and different areas to spread out, everyone had their own space while still having great spots to gather together. It struck the perfect balance of comfort, privacy, and fun.The host was wonderful—super responsive, genuinely funny, and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable.All around, a great home for a ski weekend getaway. We’d happily stay here again!
