Property and location are both amazing! Secluded while still being an hour outside of Portland and close to many trailheads. Also a short walk to a small trail network that runs along the Sandy River. Hot tub and Sauna were the highlights, but the rest of the house was perfectly set up for our group of six plus a baby.Would definitely stay here again!
Stayed here with a group of 8 and it was perfect. There's plenty of space for everyone to eat meals and hang out together. The spot is secluded and really pretty. Highly recommend.
The house was wonderful! We loved everything about it. Comfortable beds, room for everyone, the game room was a huge hit with the kids. Fully stocked! I can’t wait to come back during the summer and make use of the fire pits! Host was very responsive. Thank you for sharing your home, we will be back.
Plenty of space for our family and lots of fun things to do. We didn’t know how to heat the hot tub, but I’m sure we could have asked our friendly host for help… we had lots of games, a sauna, and massage chair- more than enough to keep us busy! The river was lovely as well.

Disliked: Check-in, communication
The property was beautiful and secluded. Lots of space inside for several adults so it never felt crowded. Only problem was the check-in. Property is remote and has limited cell service. Check-in details were not provided before check-in time and only after multiple calls, texts, and contacting Vrbo directly did we gain access. Check-in details need to be provided before arriving at the property because it's nearly impossible to get data services onsite.
The house was in a fabulous location with plenty of space and amenities for the whole family. Would stay there again. Just one thing that really bothered me was all the construction stuff was everywhere around the outside of the house, other than that, the house worked out great for us.
We had a fantastic stay overall! The host was incredibly communicative and responsive, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless, smelled amazing, and felt like a true home away from home – super comfy for our vacation. The amenities were a huge plus!Just a couple of minor things to note: the shower pressure was a tad weak, and the showerheads could use a little TLC to boost the flow. The hot tub wasn't sparkling clean, and the surrounding area was a bit cluttered. The game room was a blast, but some pieces were missing from the games, and the pool/ping pong table could be more stable.Despite these small issues, we thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely consider returning. Addressing these points would make it an even better experience!

Our first night was good, hot tub was hot and in good location. House looked just like the pictures except half of the lights hanging outside were unplugged or damaged. The pool table was uneven, the air hockey puck was damaged so therefore useless. Sauna doesn’t work. Ice maker in freezer wasn’t working properly so we had to go out and buy ice. The next day the power was out until 6pm with no backup generators, we were unable to cook food, shower or even use the restroom. Some of our food spoiled. We had to drive 25 mins into town for pizza. The host barely communicated with us during this outage and did not offer any accommodations. We made the best of it but our overall experience was far from great.
The house worked well for us. We let the owner know about a door of the hinges and a non- working toaster oven. We had no trouble with anything else. We wished there was more snow - but we were able to sled and ski a bit.
Beautiful place. Very cozy. Enjoyed a couple days with family. Lots of fun games and comfortable furniture to relax. Only disappointment was the hot tub. Was at 84° when we showed up and only got up to 98° by the second night. We used it for a short period but just not warm enough and the water was a bit murkey. Only other thing that I'm used to having in VRBOs is a book with property insructions such as wifi password, thermostat/fireplace usage and such. Found some of it on website but just not as convenient.
Wera little snag the first nite with the w-f password because I reviewed your clear and helpful guide but didn’t download it and we didn’t have cell service cell and we didn’t but 1you were quick to respond
