SPACIOUS & CLEAN home for FAMILY or FRIENDS to enjoy! Located only a short walk to the beach, 2 blocks from the Convention Center and many shops & restaurants close by.

This 3 Story, very spacious, Beautifully Redecorated town home is located in a great location which has 3 LARGE BEDROOMS, 3.5 baths along & high speed internet. Two (2) Master Queen bedrooms - each have PRIVATE Bathrooms Plus NEW Balconies w/ Bay views. Enjoy your favorite TV show at night on the 42' Flat Panel TV's in the Queen bedrooms and family room. The third bedroom has a Double and a Twin bed along with a 24" TV which is for watching DVD movies ONLY. (Sorry, NO CABLE on the 4th TV)

Linen service provided which means all beds are made PRIOR to your arrival, plus bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes provided as well. Complimentary starter set of welcome supplies includes toilet paper in powder room, tissues, air fresheners, disinfectant spray, liquid hand soaps in all bathrooms, cotton balls, napkins, liquid dish detergent, dishwasher tablets, trash bags and 1 roll of paper towels.

Our unit offers 2 COVERED Reserved Parking Spots along with 4 beach chairs for your convenience which means less for you to pack! NEW PRIVATE OUTSIDE Shower also for your use.

Kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, new TILE Back Splash, electric range, dishes, glasses and more! For your convenience, our unit includes a full size washer and dryer located on the first floor.

**SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT rentals are NOT AVAILABLE, sorry...
No Pets are permitted at any time.*** Must be 25 years of age OR older to rent. Driver's license required as proof of ID)

YEAR ROUND RENTALS Available: WEEKENDS, MINI WEEKS and FULL WEEKS [June, July & August FULL WEEKS PREFERRED however we are flexible.] Call or email for AVAILABILITY & RATES. (Minimum of 6 hours between rentals or could be longer.)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please take all trash out daily to the dumpster.
Please rinse off daily in the new outdoor private shower after the beach.

Such a lovely place to stay. We had 4 adults, 2 toddlers, and an infant and there was plenty of space for all. There was everything you would need and more in the kitchen. Loved having a bathroom access in each floor. Everything felt very convenient and well thought out. WiFi signal was great throughout the place. Location in relation to the beach access and plenty of other activities and restaurants was perfect. 10/10 would stay here again!!

Clean, Roomy, and Close to Everything

This property is close walking distance to many great restaurants and most importantly, the beach. It was clean and updated and even though it was close to Coastal Highway it was quiet. A nice place for our family to stay!

Great location next to beach and dining! Wonderful set up on in the common area for evening hangs. The house could have been cleaner, dirty floors left socks black. Beds were old coil mattresses that were not very comfortable. Overall great experience, could use a couple small adjustments and it’d be 5 stars

Bayside Bliss

We loved the covered parking spaces, the layout, the spaciousness, plentiful A/C, the amenities (towels, soap, paper towels, wipes, coffee maker, etc). It was a home away from home. The beach is also a quick two blocks away. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

The unit was very clean and well maintained. The location was also great. Near the bus stop. Mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but nothing else negative to say. Would stay here again.

Perfect property for a weekend get away!

Everything went very smoothly from booking to check out. We had four people in our group and there was plenty of space for all of us. We were close enough to restaurants and activities to feel part of the action. Having parking was a real plus!

Just across the street from the beach (5-7 minute walk), but really close to the crosswalks so it’s very easy and direct. Great place, tons of space to spread out, very clean and well maintained

Great property and location

Located in the beach area of OC, but just a few blocks walk to the boardwalk. A bathroom on each level, tons of sleeping space, and well stocked kitchen. Seamless check in and check out, I would return.

This was a great place for our family vacation. 5 adults and 1 kid lived comfortably in this unit. Quick walk to the beach and close to bus stops. Property manager responded very quickly to questions.
